Pay Scale: Rs. 30000-110000/-, GP: 15700/-
Other allowances: Dearness allowance, House Rent allowance, Medical allowances as per Govt. of Assam Rules.


Eligibility Criteria of AERC Guwahati Recruitment:

Minimum Required Qualification/ Experience: 

(a) CA / ICWA / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or 2 years MBA in Finance from a recognized Institution.
(b) Minimum 15 years professional experience of which at least 6 years in Regulatory affairs.
(c) Strong computer literacy and skills.
(d) Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

Desirable Additional Qualification/ Experience:

(a) Experience in large public utilities with generation, transmission and distribution facilities.
(b) Experience in matters relating to electricity Tariffs, Commercial issues and power purchase agreements.
(c) Good knowledge of Indian Electricity Laws.

Age Limit: Maximum50 years as on 1st January, 2021.


Selection Process: Short listed candidates based on their educational qualification, experience etc. will be called for personal interview.
