Assam HS First Year Admission 2022 - Check HS 1st Year Merit List:

Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has started the Online Admission/ Registration Process/ Form Fill up for HS First Year Admission 2022. An online web portal called “Darpan” has beeen launched for HS 1st Year Admission. The online Admission process will be started from 7th June 2022. Students who have passed HSLC exam this year may apply online for HS first-year courses under Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) for the academic session 2022-2023.

This year, Assam HS first year Admission will be completed through "Darpan", the common portal for online HS admission, to be available on AHSEC’s official website http://www.ahsec.assam.gov.in .

Assam HS First Year Admission Merit List 2022:

The category-wise Assam HS Admission 2022 Merit List will be available on the DARPAN official website. The merit list will be published by the concerned institutions. Students will have to select the school or college of their choice by visiting Darpan portal . 

Apply Process for Assam HS First Year 2022 Admission :

Students who passed HSLC 2022 exam and want to get admission into the Higher Secondary 1st year courses in different Institutions including Universities/ Degree Colleges/ Senior Secondary Schools/ Higher Secondary Schools under the AHSEC must apply online. 

➢ Scroll down, Go to Important Links section below.

➢ Click on HS First-Year Admission link.

➢ A portal will load, Login using your HSLC/AHM Roll No. and Date of Birth (as per Admit Card).

➢ After that, you need to choose the college, course type and other details you want.

➢ Upload scan copy of photograph, signature and other necessary documents.

➢ After filling and verifying all the details, you have to click on submit button.

➢ After submitting the application, keep the system generated acknowledgment for future use.

Required Documents to Complete Application:

Students must keep the following listed documents ready in JPG, JPEG or PNG file format before proceeding for the online application. Also, the size of the file should be maximum 1 MB.

• Recent Passport Size Photograph.

• 10th Marksheet (Digital).

• Caste Certificate (If Applicable).

• Disability Certificate (If Applicable).

• TGL or Ex-TGL Certificate (If Applicable).

• Gap Certificate (If Applicable).

• Starting date of institution registration: 31st May 2022

• Last date of institution registration: 9th June 2022

• Starting date to apply online: 7th June 2022

• Last date to apply online: 24th June 2022

• Preparation of merit list by institutes: 25th to 27th June 2022

• Date of Declaration of Merit List: 29th June 2022 at 10 AM

• Last date of institute selection by students: 30th June 2022

• Date of final admission in institutes by students: 1st to 4th July 2022
