1. Assistant Manager (Human Resources)
Total Post: 06 [Gen-3, SC-1, OBC-2]
Age Limit: 23-years to 30-years as on closing date of receipt of application.
Essential Academic Qualification: Candidates must possess 2-years full-time MBA course/ MSW/ MA/ (PM&IR)/ equivalent full-time Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Human Resource/ Personnel.
2. Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)
Total Post: 15 [Gen-8, SC-2, ST-1, OBC-4]
Age Limit: 23-years to 30-years as on closing date of receipt of application.
Essential Academic Qualification: Candidates must possess 2-years full-time MBA course/ equivalent full-time Post-Graduate Diploma with specialization in Marketing.
3. Assistant Manager (Finance)/ JAO
Total Post: 17 [Gen-6, SC-6, ST-1, OBC-4]
Age Limit: 23-years to 30-years as on 01.01.2018.
Essential Academic Qualification: Candidates must be Passed CA/ ICWA OR Commerce Graduate with intermediate pass in CA and with a minimum of five years experience gained after possessing the qualifications in reputed Public/ Private Limited Company will also be eligible.
Relaxation of Upper Age:
- For OBC: 3-years
- For SC/ ST: 5-years
- For PWD: 10-years
Pay & Emoluments: Selected candidates will get Rs. 30,000/-per month during the trained period and after completion of training, they shall be placed in the Pay Scale of Rs. 20,600 - 46,500 + DA + HRA and other benefits as per rules of the Company.

- For SC/ ST/ PwD candidates: Rs. 500/
