1. State Project Administrator (SPA)
No. of Post: 02 [Tripura-1, Manipur-1]

Qualification: Member of All India Services/State Civil Services with not less than 10 years of service. Preference will be given to those who have worked with Department of Education.
OR
Director/ Principal/ Professor/ Registrar of National/ State University/ Institutions with minimum of 10 years of service of which at least 02 years in the prescribed cadre.

Desirable: Good academic background and high quality experience in one or more aspects of Technical Education such as teaching, training, planning, implementation, co-ordination and management etc including administrative experience.

Age Limit: Should not exceed 65 years as on last date of receiving applications



2. Consultant (Academic)
No. of Post: 02 [Tripura-1, Manipur-1]

Qualification: Full time Master’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing) or full time MBA Finance or CA or ICWA with experience to computerized accounting system along with a minimum of 06 years’ experience in financial management in Central Govt./ State Government, University/ Institutions of Higher Education, Autonomous Bodies and Public Sector Undertaking.

Age Limit: Should not exceed 50 years as on date of walk in interview.



3. Consultant (Finance)
No. of Post: 02 [Tripura-1, Manipur-1]

Qualification: - Ph.D. in Engineering/Technology with minimum experience of 05 years’ in teaching/ research/ training/ planning in Central Govt./ State Government University/ Institutions of Higher Education, Autonomous Bodies and Public Sector Undertaking.
OR
Master’s Degree in Engineering /Technology with minimum of 08 years’ experience in teaching/ research/ training/planning in Central Govt./State Government, University/Institutions of Higher Education, Autonomous Bodies and Public Sector Undertaking.

Age Limit: Should not exceed 50 years as on last date of receiving applications.

(iii) Good communication skills in English is mandatory.

6. Librarian
Qualification: B Lib Science or Graduate with diploma in Library Science from recognized institute
and Computer literate with minimum three years experience.


7. Head Clerk
Qualification:
(i) Preferably an Ex-serviceman of clerk category upto the age 55 years.
(ii) 5-10 yrs experience in Office Management, account handling as Head Clerk with high proficiency in staff duties and drafting experience. Computer Savvy- MS Office etc.
(iii) Educational Qualification – Minimum Graduate in case of Civilian.
(iv) Should not have any disciplinary case against him in the entire service.


8. Accountant
Qualification:
(i) Commerce graduate or fifteen years service as a clerk in the Defence Services.
(ii) Basic computer application course of Army/ Diploma in Computer Applications of not less than one year duration. Knowledge of double entry system accounting, excel sheet and accounting software.
(iii) Minimum 5 years experience as an Accounts clerk in the Defence services / reputed organization.


9. LDC
Qualification:
(i) Graduate or 10 years of service as a clerk (for Ex-Servicemen) & Computer literate.
(ii) Knowledge of Computer MS Office (Speed 12000 key depression per hour).

(iii) Basic knowledge of accounting.


10. Paramedics
Qualification: 10 + 2 and diploma in nursing with minimum 5 years of experience. A female paramedics should be given preference.



Other Instructions:
  1. Competency to teach through English medium.
  2. Candidates who have cleared written exam of AWES (OST/CSB) and the CTET /TET should submit their Score Card along with the application form.
  3. Eligible candidates should bring original mark sheets and certificates and a set of photocopy of the same for the interview.
  4. Syllabus for written exam as under:- TGTs – Upto graduation & PRTs – Upto class XII.

Age limit: For fresh candidates below 40 years & for experienced candidates below 57 years as on 01 Apr 2019.
