Instructions for NHM Assam Staff Nurse Interview:

1. The Interview will be conducted through Zoom. None of the candidates need to come to the Office of the Mission Director, NHM, Assam for physical attendance for the Interview.

2. Zoom Meeting Link will be sent to the registered Mobile Number for each Batch through SMS / WhatsApp One hour prior to the Interview for each batch.

3. Only the candidates as per Roll No and allotted Batch Timings shall attend in respective Batch as there is limited Batch Capacity in each Time Slot.

4. The candidate must login with the following ID format for attending the Zoom Interview

[Candidate Roll No_Candidate Name].

Candidates shall ensure they their login name is as per above format only. They shall change their login name to the above format before logging in to the meeting room. Only those in the above format will be allowed in the meeting room in the respective time slot for counselling.

5. All candidates as per the allotted time slot shall login in to the Zoom meeting 30 minutes prior to counselling time slot.

6. The candidates shall login and wait in the Waiting Room and Admitted One by One as per their Roll No. On completion of their interview, he/she shall immediately log out.

7. In case of any candidate not logging in within the stipulated time and he/she may not be able to attend the interview.

Syllabus for Stage-I include:

i) General studies including current affairs, national and international — 60 marks.
ii) General English — 20 marks.
iii) Arithmetic — 20 marks. 

Stage-II: Against each vacancy, five candidates would be shortlisted for Stage-II on the basis of the marks obtained in Stage-I. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the following tests in Stage-II:

Eligibility Criteria of IBPS RRB 2021 Recruitment:

Nationality / Citizenship:

• a Citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or
• a subject of Bhutan or
• a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
• a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in local language – For recruitment of Officer Scale I & Office Assistant (Multipurpose), proficiency in local language as specified below shall be an essential qualification:-

o Candidates who have already studied the language of the State in standard VIII or any level above standard VIII in Government recognized Boards of Education/ School or having any certificate to the effect for standard VIII or any level above standard VIII would be considered proficient in that local language.
o Where the candidate does not meet the aforesaid requirement in local language at the time of selection, he will be given a time of six months from the date of joining to acquire the proficiency. This period can be extended by the Boards of RRBs within the framework of the rules and provided that such extension should not be beyond the probation period.

Age Limit (As on 01.06.2021):

• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.06.1993 and later than 01.06.2003 (both dates inclusive).

• Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager): Above 18 years - Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1991 and later than 30.06.2003 (both dates inclusive).

• Officer Scale- II (Manager): Above 21 years - Below 32 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1989 and later than 31.05.2000 (both dates inclusive).

• Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager): Above 21 years - Below 40 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1981 and later than 31.05.2000 (both dates inclusive).

Age relaxation: As per rules.

Educational Qualification:

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
(a) Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*
(b) Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager):

i. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy;
ii. Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*
iii. Desirable: working knowledge of Computer.

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer (Manager)): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. Two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Officer Scale-II (Information Technology): Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc. One year experience (in the relevant field).

Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant): Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of of India. One Year experience as a Chartered Accountant.

Officer Scale-II (Law): Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Two years of experience as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than two years .

Officer Scale-II (Marketing): MBA in Marketing from a recognized university. One year experience (in the relevant field).

Officer Scale-II (Treasury): Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution. One year experience (in the relevant field).

Officer Scale-II (Agriculture): Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Two Years of experience (in the relevant field).

• A candidate can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer. However a candidate can apply for only one post in officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.

Eligibility Criteria of Gauhati High Court Grade-3 Recruitment:

Educational Qualification: Must be holder of a Degree in Law granted by a recognized University established by law in India.

Age Limit: Must not have completed, as on the last date fixed for receipt Of applications 43 years of age in the case Of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes and 38 years of age in the case of others.

Citizenship: A candidate must be a citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India.


Selection Process of Gauhati High Court Grade 3 Recruitment:

1. The Competitive Examination shall consist of a Preliminary Examination (Screening Test), a Main (Written) Examination and a Viva Voce/ Interview.

2. Those candidates who will secure 60% or more marks in the Preliminary Examination shall be eligible for appearing in the Main Examination:

Provided that the ratio on the basis of which the candidates will be called for the Main (Written) Examination shall be 1:10. (for one post 10 candidates will be called).

3. All candidates who obtain 60% or more aggregate marks in the Main Written Examination subject to securing at least 45% marks in individual Paper-I, II, III & IV and minimum 35% marks in the Official Language Paper (Paper-V) shall be eligible for Viva Voce:

Provided that Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe candidates who obtain 50% or more aggregate marks in the Main Written Examination subject to securing minimum 40% marks in individual Paper-I, II, III & IV and minimum 35% marks in the language paper (Paper V) shall be called for Viva Voce.

4. The marks secured in the language paper shall be qualifying in nature and shall not be counted in the aggregate marks secured by the candidates in the examinations for the purpose of final selection. The ratio in which the candidates will be called for viva voce/interview is 1:3 (3 candidates against 1 post) subject to marks obtained as stated above.

5. Interview/ Viva Voce: 50 Marks.

The candidates shall have to secure minimum 60% marks in the interview.
The final evaluation will be in order of merit subject to overall suitability of the candidate.

  • All Others: Rs.500/-

Payment Mode: The payment can be made at any branch of State Bank of India. The mode of payment is cash only. For payment, the candidate should approach the bank along with the Challan copy and the fee amount reflected on the Challan. On payment of the same, the Bank will provide a Journal Number. Please ensure to have the bank official's signature and seal on the Challan copy. Please keep the candidate's copy of the Challan carefully for any future.
