5. Cook (Ordinary Grade): Matriculation from a recognized board with a certificate or diploma in catering; 1 year experience in trade.

Selection Process of IAF Group C Civilian Recruitment


(a) All application will be scrutinized in terms of age limits, minimum qualification, documents and certificates. Thereafter, eligible candidates will be issued call letters for written test.

(b) The eligible candidates will be required to appear for written test. The written test will be based on minimum education qualification.

(c) The written test will consist of:-

  (i) General Intelligence and Reasoning
  (ii) Numerical Aptitude
  (iii) General English
  (iv) General Awareness (Depending up on post) .

(d) The question cum answer paper will be English and Hindi.

(e) The requisite number of candidates will be shortlisted and called for skill/physical/practical test wherever applicable based on merit/category in the written test.

(f) Shortlisted candidates are to bring original certificates, copies of annexure attached with application.


How to apply for IAF Group C Civilian Recruitment 2025


Eligible candidates can apply to any of the above Air Force Station of their choice subject to the vacancies and qualifications. Application as per format given under (typed in English/Hindi), duly supported with the following documents is to reach the concerned Air Force Station as per choice within 30 days from the last date of the publication of this advertisement in 'Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar’.

Selection Process of Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2025


Senior Personal Assistant:

Stage 1: Stenography Test (Dictation and Transcription) of 90 marks:

 → Voice testing before dictation 2 minutes
 → Speed test in shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute (total 700 words) 7 minutes
 → Time to be given to the candidates for testing the computer 3 minutes
 → Time for transcription of the dictated portion in computer 20 minutes

Stage 2: 

Written Examination (Descriptive Type) for 100 marks of 2 hours duration on answer scripts testing the English Proficiency (80 marks) on the touchstone of Composition, Essay, Grammar as well as knowledge of Assamese language (20 marks).

The Written examination will be of qualifying nature and marks obtained therein will not be considered while preparing the final select list.

Stage 3: Viva voce/Interview of 30 marks. Candidates in the ratio of 1:3 (3 candidates for 1 post) will be called to appear in the interview.

Technical Assistant:

Stage 1: Written Examination (OMR based objective Ouestions with Multiple Choices) of 120 marks of 2(two) hours duration:

a) 100(one hundred) questions carrying 1(one) mark each on General English and General Knowledge (20 Marks), Technical Knowledge (70 Marks), General Aptitude (10 Marks).

b) Official language of Assam (Assamese): 20 (twenty) questions carrying 1(one) mark each (which will be qualifying in nature, qualifying marks will be 40% of 20 i.e. 8 marks).

Marks obtained in the Assamese language segment will not be counted in preparing the merit list of Written Examination as well as final merit list.

Stage 2: Skill test: 50 marks:

Candidates equal to 5(five) times the number of vacancies (1:5), in order of merit list of Written Examination (excluding Assamese segment) will be called for Skill Test. Candidates shall have to secure at least 60% of 50 i.e. 30(thirty) marks in the Skill Test in order to be considered qualified in the Skill Test.

Stage 3: Viva-voce: 20 marks:

Candidates in the ratio of 1:3 in order of merit from the rank-wise composite mark sheet of the Written Examination (excluding Assamese segment) and Skill Test, will be called to the Viva-voce. Candidates shall have to secure at least 60% of 20 i.e. 12(twelve) marks in the Viva-voce in order to be considered qualified in the Viva-voce.

On the basis of the grand total marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Examination (excluding Assamese segment), Skill Test and Viva-voce, the final selection will be made.

Question Paper Standard: Questions will be of HS (10+2) Science standard .

Qualifying Marks: The minimum qualifying criteria/cut-off score in the Entrance Examination of the B.Sc. Medical Technology and Degree/ Diploma in Paramedical Courses  for admission into Govt./Private institutes will be as follows:

For Govt. Institutions: 

a. General (UR/EWS) - 30th Percentile 
b. SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/ Divyang - 20th Percentile 

For Private Institutions (For 50% Management Quota Seats): 

i. General (UR/EWS) - 20th Percentile
ii. SC/ST/OBC (NCL) - 18th Percentile
iii. Divyang — 15th Percentile 

For Private Institutions (Rest 50% seats):

i. General (UR/EWS) - 18th Percentile 
ii. SC/ST/OBC (NCL) - 15th Percentile 
iii. Divyang — 15th Percentile 


SSUHS Paramedical Entrance Exam Admit Card


Admit Cards for SSUHS Paramedical Entrance Exam 2025 will be available online at www.ssuhs.in from 25th June 2025 which can be downloaded after log in. Candidates are strictly advised to keep record of the Application Number and Password used by them while submitting the online form, without which they will not be able to download Admit cards.

Online Application Forms shall be available on University website: www.ssuhs.in from 15th May 2025 to 15th June 2025. The online application form must be filled up after carefully going through the instructions given along with the form.

Through the online portal named "Pragyan Bharati", Govt of Assam started collecting information on choice for Scooty (Petrol or Electrical) to be distributed among the meritorious students who have secured 80% and above in Higher Secondary Examination 2025 conducted by Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB). This Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme will be implemented by Higher Education Department, Govt. of Assam.

Objectives of Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme

 
a. To foster a sense of competitiveness and encourage students to perform better in their studies.
b. To motivate students to pursue Higher Education.
c. For better mobility of the students for facilitating easy access to higher education.
d. Enhancement of Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER) in the state of Assam.


Eligibility Criteria of Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme


To be eligible for a scooty under the Pragyan Bharati Scheme 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Resident-ship: Students have to be residents of the State of Assam.

Qualifying Exam & Percentage: The students must obtain 80% or more marks in the Higher Secondary Final Examination, 2025 conducted by Assam State School Education Board.

Other Criteria:

• Students in the betterment and reappearance category are not eligible for the scheme.
• Students admitted in institutions outside the State are also eligible provided they have a valid
PRC of Assam.

How To Submit Online Application for Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme


1 Students have to login to the system using their Roll No. as USER ID and Registration No. as
password.

2. The details of the students like Candidate Name, Father's Name, District, Institution name
where studied last, Total Marks will be available from the result data.

3. There will be two types of Scooty (e.g Electrically operated and Petrol operated) and the
students have to mark their choice of variant.

4. Students have to provide their Address for communication along with Mobile No. and email id
(if available).

5. On submitting the request online, student will get an acknowledgment slip for the same.

6. Download and take a print out of the Acknowledgement Receipt and keep it for future reference.
