SEBA HSLC Routine 2023 Important Instructions:


1. Ten minutes extra-time is allowed from 8:50 AM to 9:00 AM in the Morning shift and 1:20 PM to 1:30 PM in the Afternoon shift to read the Question Paper only. The Officer-in-Charge will arrange distribution of Question Papers accordingly

2. Modern Indian Languages (MIL): Assamese, Bengali, Hindi, Bodo, Manipuri, Nepali, Khasi, Garo, Mizo, Hmar & Urdu. There will be separate Question Papers for the subjects – Assamese, Bengali, Hindi & Urdu MIL for High Madrassa candidates having 50 marks and time duration 2 (two) hours.

3. Elective Languages (Time 3 hours) and In Lieu Languages (Time 2 hours): There will be a common Question paper with groups A and B for each Language viz,- Assamese(E), Bengali(E), Hindi(E), Bodo(E), Manipuri(E) and Santhali(E) irrespective of Elective or Lieu Language.

4. Candidates offering Elective subject will have to appear in both the Groups A and B while In Lieu Language the candidates will have to appear in Group A only, which will be treated as Assamese(IL), Bengali(IL), Hindi(IL), Bodo(IL), Manipuri(IL) and Santhali (IL) respectively.

Qualification:

Age Limit of ESI Scheme Assam Recruitment:


The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2022. Age limit for the posts will be as per existing Govt. policy with allowed relaxation in upper age-limit for OBC/ ST/ SC.

Eligibility Criteria of Water Resources Department Recruitment:


Age: The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2022.

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable :

(i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 43 years.
(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 41 years
(iii) For Persons with benchmark disability (PWBD) by 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and General Category of candidate.

Educational Qualification:

(i) The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering ) from an Indian or Foreign University recognized by Govt. or a candidate must have passed (Part A & B) of AMIE (India) in Civil Engineering.

(ii) The Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology must be a Regular Course recognized by AICTE/ UGC as mentioned in Point No. (i). Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology obtained through Distance Mode of Education, by whatever name called will not be accepted. 
 
Official Language Proficiency: Apart from English, the candidate should have adequate knowledge of atleast 1(one) official language of the State of Assam (i,e. Assamese/Bengali/ Bodo) except candidates belonging to Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and Dima Hasao Autonomous Council. 

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

Domicile: The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam. For proof of permanent residence, the candidate or his/her parents must be a voter of Assam. The voter ID card of the candidate or his/her parents will be treated as proof of permanent residence.
