Bongaigaon Judiciary Recruitment Details
1. Peon
No of Posts: 01 (STP)
Qualification: Class VIII Passed. (HSSLC Passed or above shall be ineligible)
Scale of Pay: Rs.12,000/- to Rs.52,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900/- under Pay Band-1 plus other allowances as admissible under Rules.
2. Driver
No of Posts: 01 (UR)
Qualification: Applicant must be minimum H.S.L.C. passed. The candidate must have valid LMV Driving License issued by the Competent Authority.
Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000/- to Rs.70,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,200/- under Pay Band-2 plus other allowances as admissible under Rules.
Other Criteria of Bongaigaon Judiciary Recruitment
Age Limit: Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 1st January 2026. The relaxation of age shall be applicable as per government rules.
Employment Exchange Certificate: Valid Employment Exchange Registration number is mandatory.
Citizenship: Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Selection Process of Bongaigaon Judiciary Vacancy
➢ The eligible candidates shall be required to appear for Interview / Viva-voce.
➢ The accepted list / rejected list of candidates for the post of Peon will be uploaded in the official website of Bongaigaon District Judiciary (https://bongaigaon.dcourts.gov.in) in due course of time.
➢ No individual Call Letter / Admit Card will be sent to the eligible candidates. List of eligible candidates to be called for appearing in Interview / Viva-voce will be uploaded in the official website of Bongaigaon District Judiciary (https://bongaigaon.dcourts.gov.in) and candidates will have to download the same from the official website.
➢ The final selection will be made on the basis of the marks obtained by the Candidates in the Interview / Viva-voce only.
➢ Place, date and time of the skill test / viva-voce will be uploaded in the official website of Bongaigaon District Judiciary (https://bongaigaon.dcourts.gov.in).
How to Apply for Bongaigaon Judiciary Recruitment 2026
● The applications with self-attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials relating to Educational Qualification, Experience (wherever applicable), Caste, Age proof and Employment Exchange Registration along with 03 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side, should reach the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Bongaigaon on or before the closing date.
● The application shall be addressed to the District & Sessions Judge, Bongaigaon and must indicate prominently the name of the post applied for on the top of the envelope containing the application.
● Candidates may submit their applications either by post or by dropping them in the Drop Box kept in the Office of the Oistrict & Sessions Judge, Bongaigaon, on all working days between 10:00 A.M. and 05:00 P.M.
● Candidates must provide their email address and mobile phone number in the application, without fail.
● Candidates at the time of applying shall have to submit a Declaration in Form-"A' under Rule 5(1) of the Assam Public Services (Application of Small Family Norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019.
