Arid Forest Research Institute invites online application from eligible candidates for filling up the following posts.
1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
Total Post: 02
Essential Eligibility:
a) 12th Pass.
b) Typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi on manual Type Writer. OR, Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on Computer.
2. Forester
Total Post: 01
Essential Eligibility:
a) 12th pass
b) Physical Standards for Men-
i) Walk 25 kms in 4 hours
ii) Height minimum 165 cms
iii) Chest 79 cms without expansion and 84 cms with expansion.
c) Physical Standards for Women-
i) Walk 14 kms in 4 hours.
ii) Height minimum 150 cms.
iii) Chest 74 cms without expansion and Chest 79 cms with expansion.
3. Forest Guard
Total Post: 02
Essential Eligibility:
a) 10th pass
b) Physical Standards for Men-
i) Walk 25 kms in 4 hours
ii) Height minimum 165 cms
iii) Chest 79 cms without expansion and 84 cms with expansion.
c) Physical Standards for Women-
i) Walk 14 kms in 4 hours.
ii) Height minimum 150 cms.
iii) Chest 74 cms without expansion and Chest 79 cms with expansion.
4. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)
Total Post: 02
Essential Eligibility: 10th Pass
Note: Physical standards in respect of ST men and women candidate will be relaxable up to 5 cms. in height and 4 cms. each in respect of chest without/ with expansion.
Age Limit: 18 years to 27 years. Upper age relaxation is applicable by 5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.

For General and OBC candidate: Rs. 300/-
For SC/ ST/ Women/ PH candidate: Rs. 100/-
