Biswanath Recruitment Details

1. Office Assistant

No. of Post: 1 (UR)

Monthly Remuneration: 15,000/-  

Qualification & Other Skills Required:

i. Graduate (any discipline)

ii. Basic word processing skills and the ability to operate computer and skills to feed data.

iii. Good typing speed with proper setting of petition

iv. Ability to take dictation and prepare files for presentation in the courts.

v. File maintenance and processing knowledge.

2. Peon

No. of Post: 1 (UR)

Monthly Remuneration: 10,000/- 

Qualification: Class VIII Passed. Those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply.

Other Criteria of Biswanath Recruitment

Age as on date of advertisement:

• Minimum: 21 years

• Maximum: 40 years.

Age Relaxation as per Govt. Rule 

Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: Candidates must have registered their name in the Employment Exchange with a valid Employment Exchange Number.

Engagement Type: The recruitment will be purely on contractual basis for a period of 1 (one) year. 

Selection Process of Biswanath Recruitment 2024

1. Office Assistant: Interview/ Viva Voce & Computer Skill Test 

2. Peon: Interview/ Viva Voce 

→ The list of eligible candidates/ rejected candidates along with specific dates of viva voce, (as and where applicable) shall be uploaded in the Official website of Biswanath District Judiciary (https://biswanath.dcourts.gov.in) and in the Notice Board of District Legal Services Authority, Biswanath in due course. No separate call letters will be issued. Applicants are requested to refer to the official website. 

→ Original certificates / all other supporting documents will be verified / scrutinised at the time of Interview. 

→ Selected candidate have to submit Medical Fitness Certificate from the competent Authority declaring the candidate to be physically and mentally fit.
