CEO, Assam State Disaster Management Authority going to conduct a walk-in-interview to select candidates on contractual basis individuals/ firms for translation of documents from English to Assamese, Bengali, and Hindi.

Name of the Post: Translator

Eligibility:

• Master degree in Assamese/ Hindi/ Bengali.
• 3-years working experience of translation.
• Knowledge of DTP in Assamese/ Hindi/ Bengali.

Preference will be given to the candidates having a certificate or diploma in Translation in Hindi/ Bengali/ Assamese.

Payment: Rs. 70/- per 100 words.

Selection Process: 

Phase 1: Eligibility criteria evaluation.

Phase 2: Either written exam and interview or decided otherwise. For the written exam, the candidates will be asked to translate a paragraph.
