Programme Structure: PGDB is an initiative programme of ICICI Bank in partnership with Manipal University. It is a vocational training programme designed to develop a pool of first level managers with banking knowledge & skill to perform efficiently in day-to-day activities. The Structure is as follows:
Term 1: Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru, (4 months)
Term 2: Internship at ICICI Bank, (2 months)
Term 3: Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru, (2 months)
Term 4: On-the-Job training at ICICI Bank, (4 months)
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with aggregate 55% marks.
Age as on 31.01.2018: Up to 25 years (Should have been born on or after 31st January 1994).
Experience: Not required.
Job Location: Across India.
