Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts of Assistant Professor in following Departments in Sipajhar College, Sipajhar, Darrang, Assam.
Department-wise vacancies:
1. Botany: 02 Posts [UR-1, ST(H)-1]
2. Chemistry: 02 Posts [UR-1, OBC/ MOBC-1]
3. English: 01 Posts [ST(P)]
4. Mathematics: 02 Posts [UR-1, SC-1]
5. Physics: 02 Posts [UR-1, OBC/ MOBC-1]
6. Zoology: 02 Posts (UR)
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in the relevant subjects securing at least 55% marks (A relaxation of 5% may be provided for the SC/ ST/ Differently-abled categories).
The candidates must have cleared the NET/ SLET/ SET. Candidates having Ph.D. degree shall be exempted from NET/ SLET/ SET. A relaxation of 5% may be provided to the Ph.D. degree holders, who have obtained their Master's Degree prior to September 19, 1991.
Age Limit:
38 years as on the 1st day of the year 2018 with a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ ST candidates.
Application Fee:
A Bank Draft for Rs.1500/- only drawn in favor of the Principal, Sipajhar College payable at UCO Bank, Sipajhar Branch.
