Qualification:
a) Bachelor Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce. Minimum 6-months Diploma in Computer Application.
b) For Librarian: Bachelor Degree in Library Science OR Graduate in any discipline with PG Diploma in Library Science.
c) For Mishing Journalist: Bachelor Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce. Candidates who passed the Mishing Language Certificate Examination will get preference.

3. Lower Divisional Assistant (HoD)

Qualification: HSLC passed. Knowledge and experience of latest technology and computer software package in digital photography.

Qualification: HSLC passed. Certificate from Technician Institution or practical experience of at least 5 years in handling electronic equipment, repairing and maintenance of Radio sets, TV, Amplifier, Projector, Generator etc.

8. Operator

Qualification: HSLC passed. Certificate from Technician Institution or practical experience of at least 3 years in handling electronic equipment, repairing and maintenance of Radio sets, TV, Amplifier, Projector, Generator etc.

9. Artist
Total Post: 01 (UR) reserved for PWD
Qualification: Degree in Fine Arts with proficiency in Lettering, Press layouts, Posters, Books etc.
Salary: P.B. 14,000 - 49,000, GP- 7600/-
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2018): 21 years to 44 years. Relaxable as per Govt norms.
Selection Process: Written Test and Practical Test.
