Candidates fulfilling eligibility condition are invited to attend Walk-in-interview for different Projects under the Division of Animal Health to be held in the ATIC building of Institute Hqs., Umiam.
1. YP-II - [01 Post]
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Veterinary Science.
Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/-
2. JRF/ SRF - [01 Post]
Qualification: M.V.Sc in Microbiology/ Veterinary Biotechnology/ Veterinary Medicine/ Veterinary Public Health/ Livestock Production and Management Or Master degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology with NET.
Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/-
3. JRF/ SRF- [01 Post]
Qualification: M.V.Sc in Poultry Science/ Veterinary Nutrition/ VetyBiotechnology/ VetyMdicine/ VetyMicrobiology/ VetyPublic Health/ VetyLivestock Production and Management Or Master degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, M.Tech Nanotechnology with NET
Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/-
4. YP-II- [01 Post]
Qualification: Postgraduate in Vety. Science/ Zoology I Life Science/Biotechnology/ Agricultural Science or relevant discipline.
Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/-
5. Research Assistant (RA)- [01 Post]
Qualification: Doctoral degree in areas of Vety. Science (with specialization in An. Health) or Doctoral degree in life Science/ Post-Graduation with three years experience in above-mentioned disciplines.
Emoluments: Rs. 31,000/-
6. Field Assistant- [01 Post]
Qualification: Graduate. Basic knowledge of Computer application/ Basic biological techniques.
Emoluments: Rs. 17,000/-
7. JRF/ SRF- [01 Post]
Qualification: Master Degree in Vety. Science (An.Health Disciplines) Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Biochemistry.
Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- + 10% HCA.
Term and Conditions:
- Place of Posting shall be at Hqr Complex Umiam.
- Age limit for the post of JRF, YP-II and Field Assistant is 35 years for men and 40 years for women candidates. Age limit for the post of Research Assistant (RA) is 40 years for men and 45 years for women candidates. Relaxation for SC, ST and OBC Candidates shall be as per norm.
- The post is purely on contractual basis with no provision of regularization and co-terminus with the project/availability of the fund of the project.
Eligible candidate should bring an application with full Bio-data addressed to the Director, ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam-793103, Meghalaya, along with duly attested photocopies of certificates and mark sheets from HSLC onwards and a recent passport size photograph affixed on the top of the application.
