Applications are invited for the following position for a short period with consolidated pay at Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST) Guwahati.
1. A. Estate Management Consultant (EMC) - 01 Post
Qualification & Experience: Candidates must have Master degree and previous estate management work experience in Govt. or Private organization to discharge duties as full-time consultant for management of the estate activities of IASST. The Retd. Govt. Officer with appropriate experience can also apply.
1. B. Junior Engineer (Electrical) - 01 Post
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
1. C. Electrician - 01 Post
Qualification & Experience: HSLC or equivalent passed with ITI in trade of wiremen/electrician. Minimum working experience of 3 to 5 years in Govt. sector, public sector & major industrial house. Must have requisite experience certificate from the concerned authority.
2. A. Senior Research Fellow (SRF) - (Project Name-Development of an integrated multi-omics analysis platform, and its application...) - 01 Post
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Biological Sciences or related discipline (NET/GATE qualification) or Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course (M.Tech in Biotechnology/M.Sc. in Agriculture/Animal Science) or Ph.D. degree in biological sciences with two years of research experience in the related field.
2. A. Senior Research Fellow (SRF) - (Project Name-Integrating herbal medicine of NER with contemporary approaches to develop therapeutic strategies for metabolic syndrome) - 01 Post
Qualification & Experience: Post-graduate Degree in Biological Sciences or related discipline (NET/GATE qualification) or graduate degree in Professional course (M.Tech or M.Sc. Agri. or M. Pharma) or M.Sc. with two years of research experience in related field.
2. B. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - 01 Post
Qualification & Experience: Master in Physics with high grades. Expertise in computational physics and fluid mechanics is desirable.
2. C. Technical Assistant - 01 Post
Qualification: B.Sc in Zoology/Botany/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/Natural product chemistry.
