Applications (in ONLINE) are invited from the candidates willing to work in mission mode for engagement on contractual basis in the following posts in different programmes under NHM, Assam.
1. State Programme Officer, NCD - [01 Post]
Qualification: MBBS with 10 years working experience.
Remuneration: Rs.55000/- pm.
2. State Programme Coordinator NCD cum Health & Wellness Centre - [01 Post]
Qualification: Medical degree from a recognized Medical College and registered with Medical Council of India (MCI)/ Assam Medical Council (AMC)/ SCIM.
Remuneration: Rs.40000/- pm
3. State Consultant (Finance), DCP Pool - [01 Post]
Qualification: C.A./ I.C.W.A. with minimum 2 years work experience in handling financial matters.
Remuneration: Rs.38000/- pm.
4. State Leprosy Consultant (Surveillance Medical Officer), NLEP - [01 Post]
Qualification: MBBS with 5 years of working experience in Public Health Programme. Working knowledge of computer.
Remuneration: Rs.50000/- pm.
5. Programmer - [01 Post]
Qualification: M.Tech/ MCA/ BE(IT)/ BE (Computer Science)/ M.Sc (IT)/ M.Sc (Computer Science)/ DOEAC B Level or equivalent. Minimum 4 years experience in software development.
Remuneration: Rs.30000/- pm.
6. Data Analysis cum Data Visualization Specialist - [01 Post]
Qualification: MCA, Post-Graduate Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics / Computer Science/ Demography or equivalent. Minimum 3 years post qualification work experience in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and similar work.
Remuneration: Rs.30000/- pm.
7. Administrative Assistant - [04 Posts]
Qualification: Applicant must be Graduate in any Discipline from Govt. recognized institution. One (01) year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application/ DOEACC ‘O’ level or equivalent. Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.
Remuneration: Rs.16000/- pm.
8. Epidemiologist (IDSP) - [03 Posts]
Qualification:
(a) Medical Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine/ Public Health or Epidemiology (such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE etc).
(b) Medical Graduate (MBBS) with 2 years experience Epidemiology/ Public Health.
(c) Medical Graduate (Ayur) preferably MPH/ DPH.
(d) Medical Graduate (Homoeo) preferably MPH/ DPH.
(e) M.Sc. (Epidemiology) with 2 years experience in Public Health.
(f) Post Graduate in the field of Life Science with 2 years experience in Public Health.
Remuneration:

9. Microbiologist (IDSP) - [08 Posts]
Qualification:
(a) Medical Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Microbiology.
(b) Medical Graduate with 2 years experience in clinical laboratory services.
(c) M.Sc in Medical Microbiology.
Remuneration: (a)Rs.50,000/- (b)Rs.40,000/- (c)Rs. 30,000/-
10. Data Manager (State/ District Level) - [07 Posts]
Qualification: MCA from Govt recognized institution. Minimum 3 years post qualification work experience in relevant field of public health will be preferred.
Remuneration: Rs.24,000/-
11. District Programme Manager - [03 Posts]
Qualification: PG Diploma in Management/ MBA with a minimum of 3 (three) years of post qualification work experience.
Remuneration: Rs.30,000/-
12. District Media Expert - [02 Posts]
Qualification: Masters in Mass Communication. Minimum 4 years experience in relevant field.
Remuneration: Rs.24,000/-
13. Community Nurse (Case Manager), NMHP - [13 Posts]
Qualification: Must have B.Sc Nursing from an institution recognized by Nursing Council of India. Minimum 3 years experience of working in a Hospital/ 2 years working in the community.
Remuneration: Rs.20,000/-
14. Block Programme Manager - [8 Posts]
Qualification: MBA/ PGDM from any Govt. recognized institute. Relevant experience 3 years.
Remuneration: Rs.20,000/-
15. Block Data Manager - [3 Posts]
Qualification: Must have completed Graduation in any discipline and at least One Year Diploma in Computer Application/ PGDCA/ DOEAC ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
Remuneration: Rs.16,500/-
