Tezpur University invites eligible candidates to appear a walk-in-interview for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Professors for Physics and Guest Faculties for Civil Engineering purely on contract basis.
1. Assistant Professor - [02 Posts]
Subject: Physics (for B.Tech.) under the School of Engineering.
Qualification:
- Master's degree securing minimum 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/ relevant/ allied subject.
- Candidate must have cleared NET/ SLET/ SET or Ph.D. degree.
Emoluments: Rs.50,000/- per month. (fixed)
2. Guest Faculty - [02 Posts]
Subject: Civil Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering.
Qualification: First Class Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Note: The Guest Faculties are required for the course of Engineering Graphics.
Emoluments: Rs.1000/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs.25,000/- per month.
Interview Date & Time:
1. Assistant Professor: 10/01/2019 (Thursday), 11 AM onwards. Reporting time at 10.30 AM.
2. Guest Faculty: 11/01/2019 (Friday), 11 AM onwards. Reporting time at 10.30 AM.
Interview Venue: (for both post): Administration Building.
