1. Additional Resource Person (ARP)

Essential Qualification and Experience: The minimum Additional Resource Person (ARP) must be Graduate from a Recognized University and
• The candidate must have special qualification of minimum 1 (One) year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with valid RCI CRR number.
• The candidate must have special qualification of minimum 1 (One) year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with valid RCI CRR number.
• Candidates must have Minimum 3 years working experience in any Govt. Organization/ NGO working in the field of disability/ SSA/DPEP.
Preference:
• Female candidates with disability & sibling of a disabled person or a person having a child with disability and having requisite qualification will be given priority.
Pay: 20,000/- fixed per month

2. Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP)

Essential Qualification and Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University and must having Special B.Ed. Or one year diploma in Special Education in any category of disability (RCI recognized) with valid RCI CRR number.
• Candidates must have Minimum 5 years working experience in any Govt. Organization/NGO working in the field of disability/SSA/DPEP.
Pay: 25,000/- fixed per month
Age Limit (for all three posts): The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as on 01-01-2026.
