Admit Card for Junior Assistant Post
In continuation of the Advertisement No. TP/EST/45/2017/12, dated 10th October 2018, it is for information of all concerned, who have applied for the post of Junior Assistant, H.Q. Office of the Town and Country Planning, Assam, that a Screening Test for Shortlisting of candidates is scheduled to be held on 03-02-2019.
Candidates are now able to download the select/ reject list of applicants from the link given below or from the official website.
The call letters for the selected candidates can be download w.e.f. 25-01-2019.
NOTE: Candidates whose name, Father's name/ Husband's name are found to be wrongly spelled, they are therefore requested to visit the office with the print copy of the admit card on or before 01.02.2019 during office hours for necessary corrections.

Type of Test & Syllabus:
The Screening test will be for 60 marks of Multiple Choice Questions covering subjects such as General English, General Maths, Reasoning, General Knowledge and basics of Computer Application.
The scoring in the Screening test shall be judged through computer-based evaluation of OMR sheets. Based on performance shown by the candidates in the Screening test, selection of candidates for appearing in the next level of Computer Test and Written Test will be done.
