SSA Assam Download Admit Card : Block/ District EDP, District Programmer, Block MIS Coordinator 2019

Notification for Admit Card
Samagara Siksha Abhiyan Mission
   In continuation of the advertisement No.SSA/Esstt/Engagement/MIS/MISC/228/2015/5834 Dated. 25.01.2019, it is for general information to all concerned that, the lists of shortlisted eligible candidates will be uploaded on 15.02.2019 in the SSA web site www.ssa.assam.gov.in.


 Name of the Post:  Block EDP, District EDP, District Programmer & Block MIS Co-ordinator

 Type of Exam:  Written Test (OMR based and Question will be Multiple Choice Type.)

 Duration of Exam:  2 (two) Hours.



Further, all the shortlisted eligible candidates are required to appear in a written test scheduled as mentioned below:


1. District EDP: 

Marks & Duration of Exam: 80 marks. 2 hours.

Syllabus: General Knowledge (15 marks), General English (15 marks) & Computer (50 marks).


Date and Time of Exam: 23-02-2019 from 10 am to 12 noon.



2. Block EDP: 

Marks & Duration of Exam: 80 marks. 2 hours.

Syllabus: General Knowledge (15 marks), General English (15 marks) & Computer (50 marks).


Date and Time of Exam: 23-02-2019 from 2 pm to 4 pm.



3. District Programmer: 

Marks & Duration of Exam: 80 marks. 2 hours.

Syllabus: General Knowledge (20 marks), Data Base management (30 marks) & Networking (30 marks).


Date and Time of Exam: 24-02-2019 from 10 am to 12 noon.



4. Block MIS Co-ordinator: 

Marks & Duration of Exam: 80 marks. 2 hours.

Syllabus: General Knowledge (20 marks), Data Base management (30 marks) & Networking (30 marks).

Date and Time of Exam: 24-02-2019 from 2 pm to 4 pm.



Important Instructions:
  1. Candidates have to produce any Photo identity card like Voter Id/ PAN card etc. before the Invigilator along with Admit card.
  2. Candidates should bring Black ball point pen only.
  3. Candidates in the ratio of 1:5 (5 candidates for 1 post) in order of merit on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test shall be shortlisted and called to appear in the Computer Practical test/ interview.
  4. Where more than one candidate, obtain the same grand total marks, the candidate who obtains more marks in the written test will get preference. Where the marks obtained by such candidates in the written examination are also same, then the candidate who is senior in age will get preference.
  5. There will be interview for the shortlisted candidates for the post of District Programmer and Block MIS Co-ordinator. Candidates should bring original mark sheet and certificates to attend the interview.

Important Dates:
  1. The Result of the Written test will be declared and uploaded in the SSA website www.ssa.assam.gov.in on 27-02-2019.
  2. The interview for the post of District Programmer will be held on 01.03.2019 at State Mission Office, SSA, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19.
  3. The interview for the post of Block MIS Co-ordinator will be held on 01.03.2019 and 02.03.2019 at State Mission Office, SSA, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19.
  4. The Computer Practical Test for District and Block EDP will be held on 03.03.2019.

The shortlisted candidates are requested to download the Admit card from the SSA website www.ssa.assam.gov.in from 15.02.2019 onwards. The venue of the written test will be mentioned in the Admit card.
