Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens in Standard Form of application available in Part IX of the Assam Gazette for filling up the following posts in Head Office and different Districts in Assam.
1. Assistant Fund Control Officer (AFCO) - [13 Posts]
Qualification: Graduate in any Stream securing 50% marks in aggregate.
Pay Structure: PB-3, Rs.22000-87000 with GP-9700 plus other allowances.
2. Junior Assistant - [20 Posts]
Qualification: Graduate in any Stream with Diploma/ Certificate in computer skills with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.) and knowledge in computer typing in the Assamese language.
Pay Structure: PB-2, Rs.14000-49000 with GP-6200 plus other allowances.
Age Limit: 21-38 years as on 1st January 2019. Age relaxation will be provided for reserved categories as per govt norms.
Essential: Candidates must have registration in Employment Exchange in the State of Assam. (Attach self-attested valid supporting documents)
Application Fee: Bank draft drawn on SBI and payable at Dispur favoring Secretary-Cum-P.F. Commissioner, Board of Trustees,
- For AFCO Post: Rs.300/- and (Rs.200/- for ST/SC)
- For Junior Assistant Post: Rs.200/- and (Rs.100/- for ST/SC)
Selection Procedure:
A. Assistant Fund Control Officer:
Stage-I: Screening Test (MCQs) of 150 marks.
Stage-II: Written Test (Descriptive) of 200 marks
Stage-III: Viva-voce of 50 marks.
B. Junior Assistant:
Stage-I: Written Test (Multiple Choice Questions 100 marks + Descriptive Questions 50 marks)
Stage-II: Computer Test 20 marks + Viva voce 40 marks.
