DHS Assam Recruitment 2020: Directorate of Health Services (DHS), Assam released advertisement for recruitment 157 Grade III (Non-Technical) Vacancy. Candidates can apply online through DHS Assam official website (www.dhs.assam.gov.in) w.e.f 10-09-2020 to 24-09-2020 midnight.

The Grade-3 (Non-Technical) vacancies are in respect of 10 Nos. of District Hospital and 03 Nos. of Sub-Divisional Hospitals and far newly created 6 (six ) nos. of Districts namely West Karbi Anglong, South Salmara-Mankachar, Majuli, Charaideo, Hojai & Biswanath Chariali including existing vacancies of different health institutions in the State under the establishment of Directorate of Health Services, Assam, Hengrabari, Guwahati-36, as shown below,

1. Health Educator
No. of Post: 56

Qualification: Graduate in Arts, Commerce or Science from Government recognized University or equivalent and applicant must possess minimum 6 (Six) months diploma in Computer Application.

Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-Rs.60,500 with Grade Pay of Rs.7,400/-

2. Accountant/ Finance

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce (Bcom) from Government recognized university with 6 (Six) months diploma/certificate of Computer Application.

Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-Rs.60,500 with Grade Pay of Rs.7,400/-

3. Statistical Assistant

No. of Post: 6

Qualification: Graduate with Statistics or Economics or Mathematics as one of the subjects at degree level from Government recognized University and applicant must possess minimum 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Application.

Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-Rs.60,500 with Grade Pay of Rs.6,800/-

4. Account Assistant cum Cashier

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce (BCom) from Government recognized University with 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate of Computer Application.

5. Junior Assistant/ LDA

No. of Post: 60

Qualification: Graduate in Arts, Commerce or Science from Government recognized University or equivalent and applicant must possess minimum 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Application.

Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-Rs.60,500 with Grade Pay of Rs.6,200/-

6. Statistical Clerk

No. of Post: 6

Qualification: Graduate in Arts, Commerce or Science from Government recognized University or equivalent and applicant must possess minimum 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Application

Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-Rs.60,500 with Grade Pay of Rs.6,200/-

7. Store Keeper

No. of Post: 9

Qualification: HSSLC or equivalent and applicant must possess minimum 6 (six) months Diploma Computer Application.

Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-Rs.60,500 with Grade Pay of Rs.6,200/-

Age: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not above 40 years of age as on 01.01.2020. The upper age limit is relaxable for 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC, ST(P), ST(H) Candidates only.

Fees: No fee is required to be paid.

Syllabus / Selection Process: There will be OMR based Written Test of 100 marks for the above mentioned posts and followed by Skill Test/Aptitude Test of 25 marks. The break-up of marks for written examination for non-technical posts are 75 marks for English and 25 marks for General Knowledge. The shortlisted candidates shall be called in the ratio 1:3 for the skill test in the relevant field and the merit list shall be prepared combining the sum total of written marks and skill test/aptitude test marks with the total out of 125 marks, or any other mode of test to be decided by the Selection Committee due to the present prevailing situation of COVID-19 pandemic with the approval of Government.

The following documents in original will have to be produced at the time of document verification and photocopies of all certificates etc. are to be submitted:
(a) 2 (two) copies of recent passport size color photograph duly self-attested.
(b) Birth Certificate/ HSLC Admit/ HSLC Board Pass Certificate for age proof.
(c) All Pass Certificates from Boards/Universities from HSLC onwards.
(d) Caste certificate (where applicable).
(e) Permanent residentship certificate/Domicile certificate (if any)
(f) Person with Disability Certificate/Differently abled Certificate (if any)
(g) Employment exchange Registration Certificate.
(h) Computer course Certificate, wherever applicable.
(i) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificates wherever applicable.

Instruction For Document:

Size of document must be less than 200 kb.
Height of document must be between 500 pixel - 800 pixel.
width of document must be between 400 pixel - 600 pixel.

Instruction For Photograph:

Size of photograph must be less than 35 kb.
Height of photograph must be between 250 pixel - 320 pixel.
width of photograph must be between 150 pixel - 220 pixel.

Instruction For Signature:

Size of signature must be less than 30 kb.
Height of signature must be between 100 pixel - 180 pixel.
width of signature must be between 150 pixel - 220 pixel.
