3. Assamese Language Teacher (UPS)

Age as on 1st January 2020:
The maximum age limit of the candidates as on 01.01.2020 should not be more than 40 years. There will be relaxation for ST, SC candidates by 5 Yrs. i.e. 45 Yrs. And for OBC/MOBC by 3 Yrs. Upto 43 Yrs. 2 Yrs. For ExServiceman and 10 Yrs. i.e. upto 50 Yrs. for person with disabilities.
Remarks:
(i) The candidates will be selected for the post of Teachers of Upper Primary Schools in the same medium schools as per language-1 selected in the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) for UPS.
(ii) Separate Merit List will be prepared for each category of posts.
Selection Process:
After scrutiny of applications candidates will be called for screening/ verification of their testimonials by the District Level Screening Committee, Dima Hasao, Haflong, which will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course of time and the select list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in the following examinations:
a) H.S.LC Examination ./H.S.S.L.C. Examination.
b) B.A./B.Sc/B.Com Examination.
c) B.Ed./D.Ed./ D.El.Ed. Examination.
d TET Examination.
There will be no marks for Viva-Voce except the following:
a) 10 marks for NCC "C Certificate holder and 5 marks for "B" Certificate holder.
b) 10 marks for participation in recognized sports in National Level representing Assam.
c)10 marks for achievement in Fine Arts and Cultural activities representing the State Officially at National Level.
Local candidates will be given preferences as per Govt. Circular No. HAD.110/86/24 Dtd.27.08.1987.
How To Apply:
The form along with required documents shall have to be submitted personally/ through representative by hand in the office of the Inspector of Schools, Dima Hasao, Haflong from 7/9/2020 to 25/9/2020 during office hours. Applicants are requested to collect the receipt after submission of application. No application submitted through post will be accepted.
The candidates should apply in duly filled up prescribed form of application accompanied by Autonomous Council Court Fee stamp of Rs. 10/- along with all self-attested copies of the following certificates/ testimonials:
a) Marks sheet of H.S.(senior Secondary) B.A./B.Sc.
b) Pass Certificate of H.S. (Senior Secondary) B.A./B.Sc.
c) Pass Certificate of H.S.Lc./H.S.LC. Admit card in support of age.
d) Certificate and Mark sheet of TET for UPS.
e) Certificate of Mark sheet of D.El.Ed./B.Ed.
f) Caste Certificate (if any).
g) Certificate of NCC (B & C Category only).
h) Sports or Culture (Representing State or Nation).
i) Certificate of Ex-Servicemen issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board.
j) Candidates with disabilities will have to enclose certificates of disabilities issued by Govt. authority.
k) In-service candidates should apply through proper channel along with NOC from their employer otherwise their application shall be rejected.
l) Candidates not full filling requisite qualification shall be summarily rejected.
m) The mobile No. and E-mail Id No. are to be mention in the application.
n) Eligible candidates are requested to collect their call letter from the office of the undersigned prior to the date of interview/documents verification which will be notify in due course of time.
o) Canvassing in any form will be disqualification on the part of the candidates.
