Eligibility Criteria of SBI Specialist Officer Recruitment 2026

 

Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be between 23 to 32 years as on 30th April 2026.

Educational Qualification: 
 
• Mandatory: Graduate (any discipline) from Government recognized University or Institution & Certification in Forex Operations from IIBF (Certificate should be dated on or before 30.04.2026)
 

• Preferred: Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists (CDCS) certification / Certificate in Trade Finance / Certificate in International Banking (Certificate should be dated on or before 30.04.2026)

Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience (Post Essential Academic Qualification experience) in Trade Finance processing in supervisory/Official role in any Scheduled Commercial Bank.
 
Specific Skills required: Outstanding communication, presentation and processing skills.

• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD (Unreserved): 10 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
