Bank of Baroda invites applications in online mode for recruitment of qualified Specialist Officials on a contractual basis, for various positions of Fintech & New Business Initiatives Department. A candidate can apply for only one post under this project. Selected candidates will have to serve anywhere in India. 

1. Block Chain Officers

Total Post: 02

Age Limit: 28-years to 35-years

Qualification: Candidates must possess B.E./ B.Tech. in any stream.

Post Qualification Experience: 8-years of which at least 3-years in the field of Block Chain.

2. Business Analysis

Total Post: 02

Age Limit: 28-years to 35-years

Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduate with MBA in any stream.

Post Qualification Experience: 8-years of which at least 3-years in BFSI.

3. Innovation Officers

Total Post: 02

Age Limit: 28-years to 35-years

Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduate degree in any stream.

Post Qualification Experience: 8-years of which at least 3-years in setting up/ operating/ innovation/ incubation centres.

Reservation in Posts:

• Total Posts: 06 [SC-0, ST-0, OBC-1, UR-5, PWD-0]

Age Relaxation:

• For SC/ ST: 5-years
• For OBC: 3-years
• PWD: 10-years
• Ex-servicemen: 5-years

Remuneration: Remuneration will be on CTC basis, which is negotiable based on the candidate's qualification, experience, current compensation and overall suitability.

Selection Procedure: Online Test/ Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion.

Application Fee: Rs. 600/- for General & OBC candidates, Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
