Interested and eligible candidates are invited for a walk-in-interview for 02 (Two) temporary posts of Assistant Professor on contract basis in the Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Center for Studies in Performing Arts, Dibrugarh University.

1. Assistant Professor in Vocal Music

Qualification: M.A. in Performing Arts (Vocal Music), securing 55% marks in Master Degree.

Preference: Candidates having Ph.D./ NET will be given preference.

Interview Time: 10 AM

2. Assistant Professor in Sattriya Dance

Qualification: M.A. in Performing Arts (Sattriya Dance), securing 55% marks in Master Degree.

Preference: Candidates having Ph.D./ NET and having knowledge of Environmental Science will be given preference. 

Interview Time: 2 PM

Consolidated Salary: 

• Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand) only per month for candidates having NET/ SET or Ph.D.
• Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) only per month for candidates not having either NET/ SET or Ph.D.

Intending candidates who fulfill the required eligibility may appear in the interview with copies of Bio-data, attested copies of all testimonials and certificate, (if any) along with original Mark Sheet and Certificate of qualifications for verification.

Candidates will have to register their names by paying Rs. 200/- only before the interview.

Interview Date: 10.08.2018 at 10 AM (for Assistant Professor in Vocal Music) and 2 PM (for Assistant Professor in Sattriya Dance)

Venue: Interview will be held in Bhojraj Seth Conference Hall of the Vice-Chancellor's office, D.U.
