Tezpur University is searching for eligible candidates for the posts of Assistant Professors and Guest Faculties for the Department of Mathematical Sciences and Centre for Inclusive development. The engagement will be on a purely contractual basis. Willing candidates may appear for the interview before the Selection Committees as per the detailed given below:

1. Assistant Professor- Mathematical Sciences

Total Post: 04

Qualification: Master's degree in the concerned subject with 55% of marks. Must have passed NET. The Ph.D. degree is desirable.

Interview Date & Time: 08.08.2018 at 10 AM.

2. Guest Faculties- Mathematical Sciences

Total Post: 02

Qualification: Master's degree in the concerned subject with 55% of marks. Must have passed NET. The Ph.D. degree is desirable.

Interview Date & Time: 08.08.2018 at 10 AM.

3. Assistant Professor- Centre for Inclusive Development (CID)

Total Post: 01

Qualification: Master's degree in Child Rights & Governance, Law, Social Work, Sociology or allied subjects with 55% marks. Must have passed NET. The Ph.D. degree in Child Rights & Governance or allied subjects is desirable.

Interview Date & Time: 17.08.2018 at 10 AM.

Emoluments: 

• For Assistant Professor (Contractual): Rs. 50,000/- per month (fixed).
• For Guest Faculty: Rs. 1000/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 25,000/- per month.
