UPSC invites application (in online) for Engineering Services Examination 2019. There were 581 Posts. Candidates willing to applying for the examination were advised to ensure that they fulfill all the required eligibility criteria for admission to the Examination.
The appointment will be made to the services/ Posts against the following categories:
Category I- Civil Engineering.
Category II- Mechanical Engineering.
Category III- Electrical Engineering.
Category IV- Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
Total Vacancies: 581
Age Limit as on 01.01.2019: 21-years to 30-years. Upper age relaxable by 5-years for SC/ ST and 3-years for OBC candidates.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
(a) A Degree in Engineering Or
(b) Passed Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the institution of Engineers (India), Or
(c) A degree/ diploma in Engineering, Or
(d) Passed Graduate Membership Examination of the institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, Or
(e) Passed Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III/ Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India, Or
(f) Passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Radio Engineers, London held after November 1959.
Application Fee:
For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates: Nil
For All other: Rs.200/-
