Online applications are invited for the Grade-IV posts (ward boy, ward girl & night chowkidar) in newly created model Hospitals of the State under the establishment of the Directorate of Health Services, Hengrabari, Guwahati-36, Assam.

1. Ward Boy
Total Post: 11 [SC-2, ST(P)-1, ST(H)-1, OBC/MOBC-5, UR-2]
Qualification: Class VIII passed.
Pay Scale: PB-1, Rs.12000 - 37,500 plus GP- Rs. 3900/-
2. Ward Girl
Total Post: 25 [SC-1, ST(P)-1, ST(H)-1, OBC/MOBC-6, UR-16]
Qualification: Class VIII passed.
Pay Scale: PB-1, Rs.12000 - 37,500 plus GP- Rs. 3900/-
3. Night Chowkidar (for male only)
Total Post: 23 [SC-Nil, ST(P)-1, ST(H)-1, OBC/MOBC-6, UR-12]
Qualification: Class VIII passed.
Pay Scale: PB-1, Rs.12000 - 37,500 plus GP- Rs. 3900/-
Age (as on 03.03.2018): 18 years to 44 years.
Age Relaxation: 5-years relaxable for SC/STP/STH, 3 years for OBC/ MOBC and 10 years for Person with Disability.

Interested candidates shall have to fill up the online Application Forms and upload the documents, testimonials available in the official website https://dhs.assam.gov.in/ from 10.11.2018 to 20.11.2018.
Detailed list of eligible candidate for each post along with the details of selection test shall be notified in due course of time and shall be displayed in the official website.
