Minimum Essential Qualifications in respect of the above Posts are given below:
1. Senior Superintendent (Hindi): Full-time Bachelor degree of minimum 03 years duration in Hindi Literature with minimum 50% marks and should have English as one of the subjects in Graduation. Basic knowledge & skills in computer application. Should have minimum 08 years experience.
2. Senior Accountant: Intermediate or equivalent in CA/ ICWA. Proficient in operation of personal computer. OR, M. Com. with minimum 55% marks. Should have minimum 08 years experience.
3. Senior Superintendent (HR): Bachelor degree with minimum 50% marks and Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations with minimum 50% marks. Computer knowledge is essential. Should have minimum 08 years experience.
4. Senior Chemist: M. Sc. in Chemistry with minimum 50% marks. Should have minimum 08 years experience.
5. Foreman (Chemical): Diploma in Engineering in Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Technology with minimum 55% marks. Should have minimum 02 years experience.
6. Foreman (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Should have minimum 02 years experience.
7. Junior Superintendent (HR): Bachelor degree with 55% marks and Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations with min. 55% marks. Should have minimum 02 years experience.
8. Formen (Instrumentation): Diploma in Engineering in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electrical & Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics with min. 60% marks for OBC (NCL) and 55% marks for SC/ ST/ PWD. Should have minimum 02 years experience.
9. Formen (Mechanical): Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical & Automobile with min. 55% marks. Should have minimum 02 years experience.
10. Foreman (Electrical): Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics with at least 55% marks. Should have minimum 02 years experience.
11. Junior Superintendent (Official Language): Bachelor degree in Hindi Literature with minimum 50% marks and should have English as one of the subjects in Graduation. Should have minimum 03 years experience.
12. Technician (Mechanical): Matric plus ITI Tradesman ship/ National Apprenticeship Certificate in Fitter/ Diesel Mechanic/ Mechanist/ Turner Trade. Should have minimum 02 years experience.
13. Technician (Instrumentation): Matric plus ITI Tradesman Ship/ National Apprenticeship Certificate in Instrumentation Trade. Should have minimum 02 years experience.
14. Technician (Electrical): Matric plus ITI Tradesman Ship/ National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electrical/ Wireman Trade. Should have minimum 02 years experience.
15. Operator (Chemical): B.Sc. with subjects Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics securing minimum 50% marks OR B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry with minimum 50% marks. Should have minimum 01 years experience.
16. Technical Assistant (Laboratory): B.Sc. with Chemistry securing minimum 50% marks. Should have minimum 01 years experience.
17. Accounts Assistant: B. Com. with minimum 55% marks and knowledge of Computer. Should have minimum 01 years experience.
18. Assistant (Stores & Purchase): B. Com. with minimum 55% marks and knowledge of Computer. Should have minimum 01 years experience.
19. Assistant (HR): B. Com. with minimum 55% marks for OBC (NCL) and 50% marks for SC category and knowledge of Computer. Should have minimum 01 years experience.
20. Marketing Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (BBA/ BBS/ BBM) with minimum 55% marks for OBC (NCL) and 50% for PWD category and knowledge of Computer. Should have minimum 01 years experience.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to OBC (NCL) category are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 50/- only.
