Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under DBTs sponsored project in Department of Biotechnology, Gauhati University.

Title of the Project: "Quest for Cancer Drugs: Screening and Bioassay-Guided Phytochemical Investigation of selected Endemic Medicinal Plants of Eastern Himalaya".

Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Qualification: M.Sc./ M.Tech in Biotechnology/ Life Science/ Biochemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry, preferably with adequate working experiences in Animal Handling and Molecular Biology Techniques.

Duration: Three Years.

Fellowship: Provided as per DBT, Govt. of India.
