Selection Procedure & Syllabus of APDCL, AEGCL, APGCL for AAO/ Office cum Field Assistant/ Driver/ Sahayak/ Mali Post

Selection Procedure:


AAO (Assistant Accounts Officer), Office cum field Assistant: The candidates will have to appear in a written test objective type with multiple choice questions. The written test shall contain 1 (one) paper of 100 marks. The candidates selected through written test will be called for Document Verification. The final selection list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written test.


Sahayak: The candidates will have to appear in the written test objective type with multiple choice questions. The written test shall contain 1 (one) paper of 100 marks. The candidates selected through written test will be called for Document Verification/ Physical Efficiency test. Candidates who fail in the Physical Efficiency Test, will not be considered for final appointment


Light Vehicle Driver: The candidates will have to appear in the written test of objective type with multiple choice questions. The written test shall contain 1 (one) paper of 100 marks. In addition to the written examination, the candidates have to appear for a practical test.

Mali: For the post of Mali, the candidates have to appear for a Practical test of 100 marks only.



Syllabus:


AAO (Assistant Accounts Officer): The written test shall contain 1 (one) paper of 100 marks. There will be 2 (two-part) i.e PART-A and PART-B. Each part contains 50 marks. 
PART-A consists of General English, General Knowledge, General Aptitude, Basic Computer knowledge & General Mathematics of Class-X standard. 
PART-B consists of Accountancy/Statistics/Mathematics of degree level. 
All questions will be objective type with multiple choices. Duration of the examination will be 2 Hours.


Office cum field Assistant: The written test shall contain 1 (one) paper of 100 marks. The paper consists of General English, General Knowledge, General Aptitude, Basic Computer knowledge & General Mathematics of Class-X standard. All questions will be objective type with multiple choices. Duration of the examination will be 2 Hours.


Light Vehicle Driver: The written test shall contain 1 (one) paper of 100 marks. There will be 2 (two-part) i.e PART-A and PART-B. Each part contains 50 marks. 
PART-A consists of General English, General Knowledge, General Aptitude, General Mathematics of Class-X standard. 
PART-B is Matters related to driving. 
All questions will be objective type with multiple choices. Duration of the examination will be 2 Hours.


Sahayak (Fresh): The written test shall contain 1 (one) paper of 100 marks. There will be 2 (two-part) i.e PART-A and PART-B. Each part contains 50 marks. 
PART-A consists of General English, General Knowledge, General Aptitude & General Mathematics of Class-X standard. 
PART-B consists of Core ITI Subjects/ trades (Electrician/Wireman/Welder/Fitter/Machinist). 
All questions will be objective type with multiple choices. Duration of the examination will be 2 Hours.


Sahayak (Experienced): The written test shall contain 1 (one) paper of 100 marks. There will be 2 (two-part) i.e PART-A and PART-B. Each part contains 50 marks. 
PART-A consists of General English, General Knowledge, General Aptitude & General Mathematics of Class-VIII standard. 
PART-B consists of Basic questions from the practical field of power distribution/ transmission/ generation. 
All questions will be objective type with multiple choices. Duration of the examination will be 2 Hours.


Mali: There will no written test. Candidates shall have to appear practical test on Gardening and allied activities. Total marks will be 100 and Time will be 8 Hours.
