North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (NEDFi) invites application from eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Manager Grade A and Management Trainee.
Name of the Post: Assistant Manager Grade A and Management Trainee.
Qualification:
- Graduate with 60% in any discipline (55% for SC /ST) with first class MBA from reputed institutions / University (55% for SC /ST) / CA /CS/ ICWA/ CMA.
- The applicant should have consistently secured above 60% marks in Class X and XII.
- Final year MBA students, having more than 60% results in past 3 semesters are also eligible to apply.
Experience:
- Minimum one-year post-qualification on the job experience in the field of credit appraisal and monitoring/ risk management in any Bank / Financial Institution or experience in consulting areas in a renowned consultancy organization.
- Candidates having less than 1 (one) year experience, or no experience may be considered for the post of Management Trainee.
Preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge/ willingness to work in the Northeastern Region of India.
Age: Should not exceed 28 years as on October 30, 2018. Relaxation in age for SC / ST will be 5 years and 3 years for OBC. Further relaxation may be given to persons with disability and Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. of India guidelines.
Scale of Pay (revised): 28150 - 1550 (4) - 34350 - 1750 (7) - 46600 - EB - 1750 (4) - 53600 - 2000 (1) - 55600 (17 years). Total emoluments at initial basic will be approximately Rs.88,000 thousand per month. Medical facilities and other perks will be as per rules of the Corporation.
