Axom Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission

On-line applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following positions under Mid-Day Meal Scheme on contractual basis for the implementation of Mid-Day-Meal programme in the state of Assam.
1. State Programme Manager (SPM)
Total Post: 01
Compulsory Qualification:
a) Full-time MBA with experience in programme management related with social sector activities from recognized university.
Or
b) Master Degree in Economics (with Statistics as a subject at Degree level) from recognized University.
Or
c) Master Degree in Social Works (with experience in social sector programme) from recognized university.
d) Minimum five (05) or more years experience in implementation of scheme/programme in the Assam context.
e) Must be literate in MS-Office.
Preferred Qualification:
a) Experience working for health or development organization, either public or private, ideally in programme design and/or implementation.
b) Experience in partnership building and management in the context of health or development/ nutrition.
c) Ability to work with efficiency, particularly as part of a team effort.
d) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
e) Ability to organize/ prioritize work and meet deadlines within a fastpaced environment with multiple and competing for demand.
Remuneration/ Salary: Rs.35000 or salary is negotiable in case of experienced/ qualified candidate.
2. State MIS Manager (SMISM)
Total Post: 01
Qualification: 1st class B.E. in Computer Science/ Electronics or MCA from recognized University with minimum three (03) years of experience in database management and in house software development.
Remuneration/ Salary: Rs.30000 or salary is negotiable in case of experienced/ qualified candidate.
3. State Accounts Officer (SAO)
Total Post: 01
Qualification:
a) B.Com with major in Accountancy/ CA/ ICWA inter having minimum five (05) years of working experience in Accounts related works of Govt. Deptt./ Undertaking/ Public Sector Organization/ Reputed Private Organization.
b) Must be computer literate with Tally Software Knowledge.
Remuneration: Rs.22000/- pm.
4. State Accounts Assistant (SAA)
Total Post: 01
Qualification:
a) B.Com with minimum 45 marks aggregate and having two (02) years of working experience in Accounts related works of Govt. Deptt./ Undertaking/ Public Sector Organization/ Reputed Private Organization.
b) Must be computer literate.
Remuneration: Rs.15000/- pm
5. District Programme Manager (DPM)
Total Post: 18 (1 post per district)
Qualification:
a) Fulltime MBA with experience in Programme Management related with Social Sector Activities from recognized University.
Or
b) Masters Degree in Social Works (with experience in Social Sector Programme) from recognized University.
c) Three (03) years working experience in Health/Education or related organization in SocialSector.
d) Must be literate in MS-Office.
Remuneration/ Salary: Rs.25000 or salary is negotiable in case of experienced/ qualified candidate.
6. District MIS Manager (DMISM)
Total Post: 09 (1 post per district)
Qualification: 1st class B.E. in Computer Science/ Electronics or MCA from recognized University with minimum one (01) year of experience in database management and in house software development.
Age Limit: 21 to 43 years as on 01-01-2019
Contract Period: For a period of eleven (11) months which will be extended depending upon the performance.
Note:
- The online application will be available from 18.01.2019 to 24.01.2019.
- Candidates have to appear for verification of documents in support of their eligibility to appear in Test/ Interview from 01/02/2019 to 05/02/2019 at State Mission Office, SSA, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 (Assam).
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called to appear in Test/ Interview to be held at State Mission Office, SSA, Kahilipara, Guwahati19. The exact date for Test/ Interview will be communicated separately.
