Assam Public Service Commission invites applications from Indian Citizens for the following 01 nos. post of Assistant Programmer (Class-II).

Name of the Post: Assistant Programmer (Class-II)

Total Post: 01 (UR)

Required Qualification: Should have B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science or Degree in Computer Applications from a recognized University. Candidate should have registration in Employment Exchanges in the State of Assam.

Pay Scale: Rs. 22000/- to Rs. 87000/- PM with Grade Pay of Rs.11,500/- PM Plus other allowances as per rules of the Govt.

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2019):

1. 5 years in case of SC or ST candidates i.e upto 43 years.
2. 3 years in case of OBC/ MOBC candidates i.e upto 41 years as per Govt. Notification No. ABP. 6/2016/9 dated Dispur the 25th April 2018.
3. In the case of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) by 10 years irrespective of SC/ ST/ OBC and General Category of candidates as per Govt. Notification.

Application Fee:

1. For General Candidate: Rs.250/- only.
2. For SC/ ST/ OBC/ MOBC: Rs.150/- only.
3. Candidates having BPL Certificate: Nil

Fee Payment Method: Candidates must pay the fee by Treasury Challan in the Head of Account “NON TAX REVENUE, OTHER NON TAX REVENUE 0051 PSC, 105 STATE PSC APPLICATION FEE RECEIPT OF APSC” showing the name of post and department. The Original copy of Treasury Challan should be submitted along with the application form.

How to Apply: Application should be addressed to the Deputy Secretary, APSC, Jawaharnagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-781022. The last date of receiving duly filled up the application form in the Commission’s office is fixed on 26.04.2019.
