Cement Corporation of India (CCi) invites applications from candidates having requisite eligibility for the following positions which are presently meant for Units i.e., Bokajan (Assam), Rajban (Himachal Pradesh), Tandur (Telangana) on regular basis.

1. Additional General Manager (Technical)

Total Post: 02 (UR)

Qualification: Must possess full-time Engineering Degree. Having Executive experience of maintenance, operation and production of Cement Manufacturing Unit is essential.

2. Deputy General Manager (Projects)

Total Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Must possess be full-time Engineering Degree. Having Executive Experience in project planning. implementation and coordination of large size modern Cement Project at senior management level are essential.

3. Deputy General Manager (Operations)

Total Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Must possess full-time Engineering Degree in Chemical or Mechanical. Having Executive experience of maintenance, operation and production of Cement Manufacturing Unit is essential.

4. Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Total Post: 01 (OBC)

Qualification: Must possess CA/ ICWA/ Full time 2 years MBA in Finance. Having Executive experience in Finance and Accounts in manufacturing based company is essential.

5. Manager (Mining)

Total Post: 02 [UR-1, OBC-1]

Qualification: Must possess Engineering Degree in  Mining with First Class Managers Certificate of Competency under MMR-1961. Having Executive experience in quarry management in open cast mechanized mines is essential.

6. Manager (HR)

Total Post: 02 (UR)

Qualification: Must possess Full time 2 years MBA/PG Diploma/MSW in HR / Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare/ IR. Having Executive experience in HR, Industrial Relations, Welfare, Labour Laws. Administrative Functions in manufacturing Units / PSU is essential.

7. Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Total Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Must possess CA/ ICWA/ Full time 2 years MBA (Finance). Having Executive experience in Finance and Accounts in manufacturing based company is essential.

8. Deputy Manager (Mechanical)

Total Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Must possess Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Having Executive experience in erection, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant & machinery in Cement industry is essential.



9. Deputy Manager (Production)

Total Post: 03 [UR-1, SC-1, OBC-1]

Qualification:  Must possess Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc** with Chemistry. Having Executive experience in production, quality control, fuel efficiency, pyro processing preferably in dry process cement plant is essential. (**For candidates with M.Sc degree in Chemistry, 06 years experience is mandatory).

10. Deputy Manager (Instrumentation)

Total Post: 01 (OBC)

Qualification:  Must possess Engineering Degree in Electronics & instrumentation or Instrumentation. Having Executive experience of process instrumentation & Computer/ Microprocessor based process control systems, programming, operation & troubleshooting, automation of Modern Cement Plant is essential.

11. Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Total Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Must possess CA/ ICWA/ Full time 2 years MBA (Finance). Having Executive experience in Finance and Accounts in manufacturing based company is essential.
