Applications are invited from intending eligible candidates for the following positions in the Sainik School Goalpara Assam.

1. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in English

Total Post: 01

Qualification: Graduation/ Honours in English with 50% marks. B. Ed in the subject from a Recognised University.

Desirable: 
(i) Higher Education qualification.
(ii) Proficiency in English language/ use of information & Communication Technology in teaching.
(iii) Proficiency in Games/ Sports / other outdoor activities.
(iv) Talents in Music/public speaking / fine arts etc.
(v) A minimum of 2 to 3 yrs experience in an English Medium School.
(vi) Preference for candidates with CTET/ STET.

Age: 21 to 35 yrs. Relaxable, if required

Consolidated Pay: Rs. 22,000/- pm



2. Band Master

Total Post: 01

Qualification: Potential Band Master / Band Major/ Drum Major Course at the AEC Training College and Centre, Panchmarhi. Equivalent Naval/ Air Force Courses.

Desirable: Ex-servicemen from Armed Forces.

Age: 21 to 50 yrs

Consolidated Pay: 20,0001- pm



3. Ward boy (Male) & Matron (Female)

Total Post: 04

Qualification: Pass Higher Secondary. Ability to speak and understand Assamese, Hindi & English.

Desirable:
(i) Graduation
(ii) Mature individual with experience in care of children.
(iii) Preference for Ex-servicemen from APTC, AMC, EME signals, etc.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,000/- pm

Age: 21 to 50 yrs



4. Lab Attendant (Male)

Total Post: 03

Qualification: 10+2 in Science Stream. Ability to communicate in Hindi and English.

Desirable:
(i) From 02 to 03 years of working experience as a Lab
(ii) Attendant or in any Scientific organization in a technical capacity.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,000 pm

Age: 21 to 50 yrs



5. General Employee (Cook)

Total Post: 02

Qualification:  Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board. Essential to have Certificate or Diploma in Catering from a recognized institute.

Desirable:
(i) From 02-03 years of experience in cooking in a hotel or a school/ college hostel.

Consolidated Pay: 16,000/- pm

Age: 21 to 50 yrs
