Educational Qualification for CIT Non-Teaching Posts:

1. Deputy Registrar: Masters degree or equivalent in any discipline securing at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade of B in the UGC seven points scale and consistently good academic record set out in these Regulations.  Min. 09 years’ of experience as Assistant Professor.

2. Executive Engineer: A Masters Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical/ Civil Engineering) from a recognized university/ Institute with at least 55% marks in the qualifying degree. At least 05 years relevant experience at the level of Assistant Engineer/ Executive Engineer.

3. Medical Officer: M.D. or M.S. in an appropriate branch of Medicine, OR Postgraduate Diploma in an appropriate branch of Medicine plus at least one year experience, OR M.B.B.S. including completion of compulsory rotatory internship by at least 03 years experience.

4. Section Officer: Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ administrative experience as Jr. Superintendent / Office Superintendent/PS or equivalent in the Grade Pay: Rs.4200/-.

5. Security Officer: Bachelor degree with 5 years’ experience in supervising position in Army / Central Paramilitary Forces in Govt. organization / Educational / Private Organization.

6. Office/ Jr. Superintendent: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 3 years’ experience as Senior Assistant or equivalent in the Grade Pay: Rs.2400/- or Master Degree in any discipline from recognized university with 02 years’ experience or in the Grade Pay: Rs.2400/- in Central Govt./ State Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings.

7. Accountant: B. Com with 5 years experience OR M. Com with 2 years experience.  Knowledge of Accounting Software like Tally, Pay Roll Accounting, e-TDS. Should have proficiency in typing in English and Hindi on computer, and also in the use of a variety of computer office applications, M.S. Word, Excel, Power-Point or equivalent is a must.

8. Nurse: Intermediate (10+2 with Science) or equivalent and must have passed the examination held by the Nursing Council with 3 years course in General Nursing and Mid-wifery with at least 55% marks. At least 03 years of relevant experience in a hospital.

9. Jr. Technical Superintendent (Chemistry): Master Degree in Engineering/ Science/ Computer Science or equivalent qualification in appropriate field with a minimum of 55% marks OR A Bachelor Degree (four years) in Engineering or equivalent qualification in appropriate field with a minimum of 55% marks.

10. Storekeeper: Any graduate or equivalent from a recognized University with 3 years in the Sr. Assistant having Knowledge of Tendering Process & Evaluation/ Store & purchase/ in the Grade Pay/ Pay Matrix of Rs.2400.

11. Pharmacist: Degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) with at least 55% marks plus 02 years of relevant experience OR Three years Diploma (after 10+2) in Pharmacy with at least 55% marks plus 03 years of relevant experience.

12. Lab Assistant: A Bachelor Degree (four years) in Engineering (in CSE/IT/Electrical) or equivalent qualification in appropriate field with a minimum of 55% marks OR Three years Diploma in Engineering/ Applied Science (in CSE/IT/Electrical) or equivalent in appropriate field with a minimum of 55% marks.

13. Senior Assistant: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 07 years’ experience in regular service or equivalent, out of which, at least two years work experience in the Grade Pay/ Pay Matrix of Rs.2000/- in Central Govt./State Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings.

14. Junior Assistant: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Proficiency in use of variety of computer office applications, M.S. Word, Excel, Power-point or equivalent is a must. Having typing speed of 40/ 35 w.p.m. in English and Hindi respectively on computer.

Application Fee: The prescribed application fee is

• Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) are fully exempted from payment of the prescribed fees upon submission of relevant Disability Certificate, issued by the Competent Authority.
