The ARIAS Society invites applicants for a Walk-In-Interview for the recruitment of 02 (Two) Procurement Management Executives (PME) on contract basis under the World Bank Financed ACCSDP/ APART.
Name of the Post: Procurement Management Executives (PME)
Total Vacancy: 04 Posts
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate from any Government Recognized University in any subject.
Experience: At least 3(three) years of experience in supporting procurement related functions in any project aided or financed by World Bank/ ADB or similar multilateral/ bilateral institutions or state/national level projects under the Govt. of India; or experience in supporting the procurement section in a large Public/ Private sector Organization.
Skill Set: The ARIAS Society is looking for individuals with higher level of skill set such as- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Internet, email etc. Proven practical skills in the area of procurement functions; Demonstrated strong conceptual, analytical skills with clarity of thought process and problem-solving skills; Excellent organizational skills; Excellent accuracy with keen attention to detail; Self-motivated, high level of zeal and enthusiasm in all endeavours, unblemished integrity, ability to check quality of own work and ability to organize and prioritize own work to meet deadlines; Ability to work both independently and as well as in a team;Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely convey necessary information, explain reasoning, and support conclusions using data and facts.
Language proficiency: Good command over English language and oral communication skills.
Age: The maximum age of the candidate should be 40 years as on 31st July 2019. However, in the case of exceptionally talented candidate having wide relevant experience this requirement may be relaxed.
Remuneration, Cost to Project (CTP): Rs. 4.20 lakh to Rs. 6.18 lakh.
