Online applications are invited from candidates having requisite eligibility for the following posts of Record Keeper cum Monitoring & Evaluation Officer and Case Registry Assistant in National Health Mission (NHM), Assam.

1. Record Keeper cum Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
No. of Posts: 07

Essential:

• Graduation in any subject from a recognized university.
• Knowledge of windows based packages/ applications.
• Weightage will be given to candidates having previous work experience under District Mental Health Programme in the Health & FW Department of Assam.

Desirable: 2 Years of experience working in a health care institution.

Age: Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2019

Remuneration: Rs.10000/- pm.

2. Case Registry Assistant

No. of Posts: 15

Essential:

• Passed Calss 12th (Higher Secondary) and Knowledge of windows based packages/ applications.
• Weightage will be given to candidates having previous work experience under District Mental.
• Health Programme in the Health & FW Department of Assam.

Desirable: 1 Year experience of working in a health care institution.

Age: Up to 43 years as on 1st April 2019

Remuneration: Rs.8000/- pm.
