Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) invites application from eligible Indian Citizens for the following post of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) & Allied Cadres under Social Welfare Department, Assam.

Name of the Post: Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) & Allied Cadres under Social Welfare Department, Assam.

Total Post: 73 [UR-30, OBC/MOBC-20, SC-5, STP-7, STH-4, EWS-7]

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduate in Arts, Science, Commerce from a recognized University and in addition any one of the following qualification:

• Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Sociology/ Anthropology/ Social Works/ Labour & Social Welfare Criminology.
• Graduate in Child Development/ Home Science/ Nutrition or
• Graduate having Philosophy/ Education with Psychology, Economics.

Pay Scale: Rs. 22,000/- to 87,000/- and Grade Pay Rs. 9,700/- of PB-3 plus other allowances.

Age (as on 01-01-2019): 21-38 years. Age is Relaxable as per govt norms for reserved category.

b) For SC/ST/OBC/MOBC: Rs.150/- 

c) Candidates having BPL Certificate: Nil
