Central Board of Secondary Education, (CBSE) Delhi published notification to conduct the Central Eligibility Test (CTET) for December 2019. Candidates who satisfy the required eligibility may apply online.

Name of the Examination: Central Eligibility Test (CTET) 2019

Date of Exam: 08-12-2019 (Sunday)

Minimum Qualifications for Primary Stage i.e. Classes I-V:

HSSLC (10+2) (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

OR

HSSLC (10+2) (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

OR

HSSLC (10+2) (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed).

OR

HSSLC (10+2) (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.

OR

“Graduation securing at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)”

Minimum Qualifications for Elementary Stage i.e. Classes VI-VIII:

Must be Graduate and should be passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

OR

Must be Graduate scoring at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

OR

Must be Graduate scoring at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

OR

HSSLC (12th) (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year

of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed).

OR

HSSLC (12th) (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.

OR

Must be Graduate scoring at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).

Exam Fee For CTET December 2019:

Category	Only Paper I or II	Both Paper I or II
General/ OBC	Rs.700/-	Rs.1200/-
SC/ ST/ PWD	Rs.350/-	Rs.600/-

Note: Relaxation will be given up to 5% in the qualifying marks in the minimum Educational Qualification for eligibility to the candidates belonging to reserved categories, such as SC/ ST/ OBC/ Differently abled.

b) Last Date to Apply Online: 18-09-2019

c) Last Date for Fee Payment: 23-09-2019 (Before 03:30 PM)

d) Period for Correction/ Updation in Details: 27-09-2019 to 03-10-2019

e) Download Admit Card: 3rd Week of November 2019
e) Date of Exam: 08-12-2019 (Sunday)
