Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following 2 vacant posts of Judicial Assistant in the Principal Seat of the Gauhati High Court.

1. Judicial Assistant

No. of Vacancy: 02 Posts (OBC/MOBC)

Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree and should be well versed in computer and typing.

Pay Scale: PB-2, Rs.14,000-49,000/-, Grade Pay-8,700/-

Age Limit: 18-38 years as on the last date of the submission of the online application. PWD candidates will get age relaxation of 10 years.

Selection Process:

• Stage-I: Written Examination (Objective type) for 120 marks of 2 hours duration on OMR sheets testing the English Proficiency, General Knowledge, General Aptitude and Reasoning as well as knowledge of Assamese language (20 Marks).
• Stage-II: Viva-voce/ Interview of 15 Marks.

Application Fee: The application fee to be paid by the candidates is Rs.300/-. Person with disability (PwD) applicants need not to pay any fee.
