CSIR – North East Institute of Science & Technology (NEIST), Jorhat, invites eligible candidates for appearing a walk-in-interview for the following Project Worker posts.

1. Project Fellow Posts - [3 Posts]:

Post Code-1A: Project Fellow - [2 Posts]
Qualification: MSc with 55% of marks in Organic Chemistry.

Post Code-1B: Project Fellow - [1 Post]
Qualification: MSc / M Pharma with 55% of marks in Pharmacology / Biotechnology.

Max Age: 30 yrs
Remuneration: Rs. 25000/- per month.



2. Studentship/ Traineeship - [4 Posts]:

Post Code-2A: Studentship - [2 Posts]
Qualification: Pursuing M Sc in any branch of Life Science / Bioinformatics / Botany.

Post Code-2B: Traineeship - [2 Posts]
Qualification: M Sc in any branch of Life Science / Bioinformatics / Botany.

Max Age: 28 yrs
Remuneration: Rs. 10000/- per month.



3. Project Fellow - [1 Post]:

Qualification: 1st Class M Sc in Life Science / Bio Science / Biotechnology / Botany.

Max Age: 30 yrs
Remuneration: Rs. 25000/- + 8% HRA per month.

Duration: The project completion date may be extended / reduced depending upon the grant of the Funding agencies.

Age: As on date of interview will be taken into consideration. (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt of India orders)
