Applications are invited in Prescribed Application format for following Purely Contractual Posts for engagement in Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS), Assam.

Name of the Post: Secretary to the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar & Controller of Exams

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline with at least 55% marks and three years of experience as Personal Assistant or any equivalent post in any reputed organisation.
• Candidates must excel in shorthand with minimum speed of 80 words and minimum typing speed of 40 words per minutes.
• Candidates must have computer proficiency.
• Candidates must have fluency in English, Hindi and Assamese Language.

Desirable:

• M.B.A. in Human Resource Management.
• Degree/ Diploma in Basic Secretarial course.

Salary: Rs.25,000/- (fixed)

Age: Must not be above 35 years.
