1. Assamese - 1 (one) post : Unreserved, having Specialization in LANGUAGE (B-Gp)

2. Economics - 1(one) post : Reserved for OBC/MOBC, having Specialization in Mathematical Economics & Econometrics.

3. Education - 1 (one) post : Unreserved- Open

4. English - 3 (three) posts : Unreserved-2 (two), Reserved for SC-1(one)
Specializations - Literature 2 (two), Linguistics 1 (one)

5. Commerce - 2 (two) posts : Unreserved 1 (one), Reserved for OBC/MOBC 1 (one)
Specializations -
1 (one): candidate must have Accountancy as Major Course in Degree level,
1 (one): candidate must have Finance/ Banking as Major Course in Degree level.


Essential: 

1. Candidates must possess the latest UGC norms with NET/SLET/SST or Ph.D. degree in accordance with the UGC regulation 2009 (excluding the candidates obtaining Ph. D degree from off campus).
2. The candidate must have Permanent Residential Certificate and must know Local Languages. 
3. In pursuance of the Notification of BTC vide Notification No. BTC(E)333/2007/196, dated 03-06-2019, preference would be given to the candidates who are the residents of BTC area subject to the fulfillment of all criteria as noted above.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not exceed 38 years as on 01.01.2019 (relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/PWD and 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.)

Application Fee: Demand draft of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only) drawn in favour of the Principal, Tangla College, Tangla payable at SBI, Tangla Branch
