Essential Qualifications & Skill Sets - CIPET Guwahati Recruitment 2020:
For Technical Assistant (Process/ Skill Training):
Qualification:
(a) Diploma in Mech. / DPMT / DPT / PGD-PTQC / PGD-PPT / PDPMD or equivalent with 01 year relevant post-qualification experience.
Or
(b) ITI (Fitter / Turner / Machinist) with 02 years relevant post qualification experience.
Essential Skill Sets:
(a) Competency in Hands-on experience in handling sophisticated equipments/ machineries.
(b) Knowledge of quality management as per ISO/IEC 17025 : 2005, ISO 9001, Uncertainty Measurement, 6 Sigma or other relevant QMS preferred.
(c) Should have good oral and written communication skills.
(d) Experience in Execution of Production / Job Order.
(e) Knowledge of Plastics Processing / Testing / CNC Tooling / CAD/CAM Softwares.
For Assistant Placement Officer (APO):
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / MBA with 2 years relevant post qualification experience in Recruitment / Training.
Essential Skill Sets:
(a) Should have good oral and written communication skills
(b) Coordination with trainees. Helping Trainees to develop skills for facing interview, creating resume, conduct mock interviews etc.
(c) Liaising with Industries for Placement of CIPET Trainees.
(d) To arrange for interview facilities at campus for Campus Interview.
(e) Visit to industries to create Industry Institution relationship and business development.
(f) To collect Feedback from Trainees and Industries and submit to Centre Head.
(g) To prepare database of Industries with their requirements in diversified fields.
(h) To prepare and maintain placement records.
