1. Scientist-C (MRF) (Microwave/RF )
No. of Post: 02 [SC-1, UR-1]

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Technology) or Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology (ME or M.Tech) in the field in Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics and Microwaves.

Experience: 4 years’ post qualification experience in design and development in the area of RF/ Microwave systems, Millimeter Wave, Communications, Antenna, in Scientific Institutions, Industrial and Academic Institutions or in both.

Pay Matrix: Level-11 (Rs.67700-208700)

2. Scientist-B (MRF) Microwave/RF 

No. of Post: 06 [OBC-2, EWS-1, UR-3]

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Technology) or Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology (ME or M.Tech) in the field in Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics and Microwaves.

3. Scientist-B (Electronics)

No. of Post: 17 [SC-3, ST-2, OBC-6, EWS-2, UR-4]

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Technology) or Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology (ME or M.Tech) in the field in Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics and Microwaves.

4. Scientist-B (Physics)

No. of Post: 03 [OBC-1, UR-2]

Qualification: Master Degree in Science (MSc) Physics from a recognized university.

5. Scientist-B (Radiological Physics)

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Master Degree in Science (MSc) OR M.Sc in Medical Physics / Radiation Physics or

equivalent degree recognized by Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) enabling to become a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO). 

6. Scientist-B (Atmospheric Science)

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Technology) or Master Degree in Science (MSc) or Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology (ME or M.Tech) in Atmospheric Sciences/Space Science.

Upper Age Limit (as on 30/04/2020):

Scientist-B : UR/EWS- 35 years, SC/ST- 40 years, OBC(NCL)- 38 years

Scientist-C : UR/EWS- 40 years, SC/ST- 45 years, OBC(NCL)- 43 years

General all others : Rs 400/-
