1. General Manager (Finance & Administration)
No. of Post: 1

Qualification: Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Experience: A minimum of 18 years post qualification experience.

2. Manager (Personnel & Administrative)

No. of Post: 1

Qualification: A recognized degree in any discipline and MBA (HR) /Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel/ HR/ IR / Management with minimum of 55% marks. Degree in Law would be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 12 years post qualification experience.

3. Manager (Finance)

No. of Post: 1

Qualification: Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Experience: Minimum 12 years post qualification experience.

4. Dy. Manager (Marketing)

No. of Post: 1

Qualification: A recognized engineering degree in Mechanical / Production with minimum 55% marks from recognized university/ institute.

Experience: Minimum 10 years post qualification experience.

5. Internal Auditor

No. of Post: 1

Qualification: Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Experience: A minimum 05 years post qualification experience.

6. Jr. Manager –Production (Paint & Surface Treatment Shop)

No. of Post: 1

Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Production/ Chemical with minimum 55% marks from recognized university/ institute.

Experience: Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.

7. Personnel & Administration Officer

Qualification: A recognized degree in any disciple and MBA (HR) Post Graduate degree/ Diploma in

Personnel/ HR/IR/ Management with minimum 55% marks. Degree in Law would be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.

8. Accountant

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce.

Experience: 04 Yrs in field of accounting functions. 

9. Jr. Storekeeper

Qualification: 03 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Graduate with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/University.

Experience: 03 years in office work in Government/ PSU/ Public Ltd./ Pvt. Ltd. Companies.

10. Q.C. Assistant cum Technical Assistant (Mechanical)

No. of Post: 1

Qualification: 03 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute. 

11. Jr. Clerk/Assistant

No. of Post: 2

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University and Minimum 06 months Certificate Course in Computer Application.

** English Typing @ 30 w.p.m. on computer or Hindi Typing @ 25 w.p.m. on computer.

Experience: 04 years of relevant experience.

12. Millwright

No. of Post: 2

Qualification: Certificate from a recognized ITI in Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance (MMTM) Trade.

Experience: 02 years in same trade.

13. Press Operator

No. of Post: 3

Qualification: Certificate from a recognized ITI in Sheet Metal worker Trade.

Experience: 02 Years in same trade.

14. Machinist

No. of Post: 2

Qualification: Certificate from a recognized ITI in Machinist Trade.

Experience: 02 Years in same trade.

15. Assembler

No. of Post: 4

Qualification: Certificate from a recognized ITI in Fitter trade.

Experience: 02 years in same trade.

16. Electrician

Qualification: Certificate from a recognized ITI in Electrical trade.

17. Fitter

SELECTION PROCESS:

Sl. No. 1 to 6: Personal Interview.

Sl. No. 7 to 18: Online or Written Test or Interview/ Skill test or both will be conducted.

APPLICATION FEE:

Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- for Sl. No 1 to 7 and Rs.250/- for Sl. No. 8 to 18 (SC / ST/ PWD and departmental candidates are exempted from payment of application fee) drawn in favour of ALIMCO, payable at Kanpur.
