About the Job Role: Vantage Circle looking for a Product Manager for our Vantage Circle family of products, who will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life-Cycle. It involves working closely with cross-functional teams by leading the product roadmap and coming up with different strategies for product development.

Responsibilities:

● Manage agile product development process from a product management point of view.

● Develop product pricing and maintain an understanding of product marketing strategies.

● Identify and fill product gaps and promote new ideas.

● Improve client experience and escalate growth.

● Work hand in hand with the engineering team to deliver along with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

● Schedule and assign operational requirements whenever any need arises.

● Work with QA engineers to create test plans and also with the Sales team to create product sales strategies.

● Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues.

● Manage all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation to launch, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.

Requirements:

- Prior work experience with a minimum of 2- 3 years on Product Management roles responsible for delivering finely-tuned Product Marketing strategies.

- Must have knowledge of Product Marketing with prior experience of working in Web-based products.

- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology for Product Development will be an advantage.

- Proven experience of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

2. Translation Project Coordinator

Job Location: Guwahati

About the Job Role: Vantage Circle is looking for a Translation Project Coordinator in Guwahati, who will be responsible for managing a team of translators and will be conducting the localization of web and mobile application content for us.

Responsibilities:

● Responsible for assigning translation projects to the team of translators.

● Address any questions, concerns, or changes of scope that may come up during a translation activity.

● Coordinate with other departments viz. engineers, content writers, etc.

● Develop and execute highly innovative internal communications strategies, messages, and tactics to engage a dynamic virtual employee base in multiple languages.

● Track project status to ensure those project deadlines are met.

● Putting together the teams of freelance translators and editors based on project needs.

● Accurately share data and files between translators and cross-functional teams and keep the project log up to date.

● Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with translators and proofreaders globally.

● Source suitable translators and other language professionals.

● Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities of potential overseas companies or businesses.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, knowledge of foreign languages would be an asset.
- Proven working experience in project management is necessary.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in translation project management or as a translation coordinator.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within a given time frame.
- Must be able to effectively communicate within all levels of the Company, as well as with overseas contacts.
- Highly-developed computer skills.
