NCTE Recruitment 2020 Details:
1. Assistant
No. of Post: 3 (UR)
Qualification:
Essential: A degree from a recognized university.
Desirable:
1. Two years’ experience in general administration/ establishment/ stores/ accounts in Central/ State Govt., autonomous or other organizations.
2. Facility in Computer Applications.
Upper age Limit: Between 20 to 27 years as on date of advertisement
2. Stenographer Grade ‘C’
No. of Post: 3 [UR-1, ST-1, PH-1]
Qualification:
Essential:
1. 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.
2. A speed of 100 words per minutes in English/ Hindi Shorthand.
3. Skill of Data Entry and Word Processing in computer.
(Preference will be given to person with knowledge of both English and Hindi Stenography)
Pay Level: Level 6 (Rs. 35400 –112400)
Upper age Limit: Between 18 to 27 years as on date of advertisement
3. Stenographer Grade ‘D’
No. of Post: 6 [UR-4, OBC-2]
Qualification:
1. 12th class pass from a recognized Board or University
2. Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 mts. @ 80 w.p.m.
Transcription: 65 mts. (Eng.) 75 mts. (Hindi) (On Manual
Typewriter) Or 50 mts. (Eng.). 65 mts. (Hindi) (On
Computer)
(Preference will be given to person with knowledge of both English and Hindi Stenography)
Pay Level: Level 4 (Rs. 25500 –81100)
Upper age Limit: Between 18 to 27 years as on date of advertisement
4. Data Entry Operator
No. of Post: 1 (UR)
Qualification: 10+2 from a recognized Board / University. Should possess a speed of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.
Upper age Limit: Between 18 to 25 years as on date of advertisement
5. Lower Division Clerk
No. of Post: 5 [UR-2, OBC-2, PH-1]
Qualification:
1. 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.
2. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi
on computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to
10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions
for each word).
3. Knowledge of working on computer.
4. Skill Test Norms ‘only on computers’
Pay Level: Level 2 (Rs. 19900 –63200)
Upper age Limit: Between 18 to 27 years as on date of advertisement
Application Fee:
The candidates have to pay application fee online through the prescribed link at online application. The application fee payable is as under.
➢ For the post of Assistant and Stenographer Grade ‘C’ the application fee will be Rs. 1250/-for each post.
➢ For the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’, Lower Division Clerk (LDC) & Data Entry Operator(DEO), the application fee will be Rs.1000/- for each post.
