Name of the Post: Accounts Assistant (Contractual)
Total Vacancy: 02
Educational Qualification:
(a) The candidate must be Commerce graduate having minimum 60% of marks and must have Diploma in Computer Education from Govt. recognized institutions.
(b) The candidate having passed in CA (intern) or equivalent examinations will get extra weightage.

Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in any Govt./ Private organization in the field of Accounts. He/ She must have knowledge in Tally ERP and Excel.
Age Limit: Min.21 years and Max.43 years as on 01-01-2020.
Remuneration: Rs.17,000 per month (with a provision for annual increment and DA as admissible).
Period of Engagement: The contract period shall be initially for 11 months and it will be reviewed every year on the basis of performance.
Application Fee: Deposit Rs.200 only in favour of the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Assam-
- Either, through demand draft of any nationalized Bank payable at Guwahati.
- Or by Challan of the Assam Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd. (Challan available in the SEBA office) payable at the Assam Co-operative Apex Bank, SEBA complex.
Marking pattern of the Interview:
1. HSLC (10th)- 10 marks
2. HSSLC (12th)- 10 marks
3. Graduate- 10 marks
4. Diploma in Computer:
(i) For Grade A- 5 marks
(ii) For Grade B- 3 marks
(iii) For Grade C- 1 mark
(ii) For Grade B- 3 marks
(iii) For Grade C- 1 mark
5. Experience in Tally- 10 marks
6. Experience in Excel- 10 marks
7. Computer practical knowledge test- 30 marks
8. Viva-voce- 15 marks
9. Extra Weightage: 20 marks

How To Apply: The candidate having requisite qualifications and norms may apply for the above-mentioned post with all necessary self-attested copies of pass certificates and mark sheets from HSLC/ AHM (10th) Examination onwards along with experience certificate and fees to the Office of the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education Assam on or before 15th Aug 2020.
