1. Chief Treasury Officer

Qualification: Graduation in Finance or equivalent (PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 or 3 college/ CA preferred)

Experience: At least 10 years of treasury experience with a thorough understanding of markets, hedging, investments, bank account management and internal funds flow

2. Compliance Officer
No. of Post: 1

Qualification: MBA/CAIIB

Experience: At least 10 years experience in managing compliance function with a strong knowledge of corporate laws- banking, compliance & Regulatory, AML, civil, criminal, IPR, consumer, land acquisition, taxation, regulatory, etc, and having a strong business acumen.


3. Head-Internal Audit

No. of Post: 1

Qualification: CA/CWA

Experience: 10 years of Bank Audit Experience


4. Finance Controller

No. of Post: 1

Qualification: CA

Experience: At least 10 years of experience in core finance areas such as financial compliance, financial process controls, business planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting and accounting, wealth management and taxation. Should have team managing experience for 2-3 years.
